MORE DETAILS:
* The two floor layout with the master bedroom, kitchen, and living area upstairs and the second and third bedrooms on the ground floor, is perfect for groups of adults or for families.

* After entering the first floor onto Italian tile, there are two bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The first bedroom has two twin beds and the second has a futon couch that folds out into a very comfortable double bed. Continuing straight, you will be looking onto the first floor deck. Foxes are known to frequent the area outside this door!

* The upstairs includes a large great room with vaulted ceilings: gourmet, family-style kitchen (gas range/oven), dining area, and living room area. Enjoy the gas fireplace, cable TV, as well as the latest in temperature control comfort, with a hot-water heating system. Out the living area door, you're on one of the second floor decks looking across the Yampa Valley. On the other side of the living area you enter the master suite.

* The master suite is comfortably appointed. It offers vaulted ceilings, large walk-in closet, and oversized bath with and his and her sinks. The master suite opens directly to the larger upstairs deck, equipped with a 400 gallon (seven people) private secluded hot tub. Alternately, you can enter the hot-tub deck through a hallway from the great room area. As the sunsets, gaze up the mountain toward the gondola and "Upper Shadows" at where you'll revel in the day's adventures, as well as ponder tomorrow's possibilities.

* For meals, you can stay home and cook, or enjoy the many fine dining options that Steamboat has to offer. This unit is excellent for cocktails and appetizers with friends and family prior to cooking or heading out for a meal.

* No cold mornings outside starting the car; the oversized, two-car garage is fully heated. The entire townhome is heated with cozy hot-water heat. If arriving via a snow-packed car, drive right inside the oversized, heated, two-car garage. The next morning your car will be warm AND dry. Otherwise, forget the car, and take your snow toys on the free shuttle, steps from the door!
