From this units spacious and well-appointed living room with it's 40' plasma TV and contemporary new furnishings, to the romantic master bedroom with a flat screen TV, to the master salon-style bath complete with his and her vanity sinks, walk in glass shower and garden tub, to the cozy guest bedroom and the spacious bunk area that even adults can sleep in, to the kitchen with stainless steel GE appliances and granite counter tops, to the huge balcony with sweeping Gulf and coastline views, to the state-of-the art fitness center with a sauna, to the 3 pools and one with zero entry, to the....well, you get the picture. We have stayed in this condo many times for family vacations and LOVE it. It is a short and fun walk across a board walk to the beach. My kids love to stop and look for turtles on the way! The condo is well equipped with everything we need and is in great shape. The view from the 22nd floor is unbeatable and we love to hang out on the balcony in the evenings to listen to the waves. The walk in pool is fantastic for the kids and the other pools are a little quieter if you are traveling without kids. We also love having the golf and tennis right there on the property! There are great restaurants within walking distance and others that are a short drive away. We love the location too! In between San Destin and Downtown Destin so we don't have to deal with much traffic even at the height of the season. We also love having the outlets right across the street for the days when the weather isn't cooperating. When the weather is nice, it's fantastic to walk down to the beach and have all the beach rentals right there. They set up an obstacle course, rent jet skis, paddle boats etc. We will definitely be back again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
