We are located directly ON THE GULF OF MEXICO exactly one mile west of Pensacola Beach Pier. No roads to cross to get to the beach! You'll have 1,700 sq feet of open, bright and airy accommodations that includes a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, washer/dryer, two private balconies and complimentary wireless internet.

Our quiet piece of paradise is directly on beautiful non-crowded Pensacola Beach and is ideal for strolling or long runs, swimming, surfing, kite flying, dolphin watching, shelling and fishing. Just across the street is a great local's hangout Peg Leg Pete's - known for their seafood, oysters and nightly music. There are other great restaurants nearby - Hemingways, Flounders & H20 to name a few. A few minutes drive into downtown Pensacola will give you a myriad of restaurants like McGuires Irish Pub, Dharma Blue and Jackson's.

Upstairs, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and queen in the second bedroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom with two extra-long twin beds. All the linens you will need are provided. We even have an outdoor gas grill for doing a little gourmet grilling. And if you cannot break away from the TV - we have a HDTV with DVD player.

You'll have everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation!

  • This condo is perfect for a beach vacation! Beautiful location with quick direct access to the beach. The condo is very homey, clean and minimalistic. Two spacious balconies to hang out on and watch the sunset or listen to the surf at night. Beautiful view of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Pegleg’s & convenience store across the street are super convenient. The owner’s are very thoughtful, they have a selection of dvd’s, books and menu’s for nearby local restaurants and wi-fi so you can stay connected! You could not ask for sweeter people to rent from or a more beautiful beach to stay on! We will be back!!

  • This is the best place to stay in Pensacola. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. Our family comes here every summer and this is where we stay. Lori & Alan make you feel at home. The beach is beautiful and you can sit on your private balcony and enjoy it. Please check this condo out for your next visit to Penscola Beach.

  • This condo is a beautiful place to stay when vacationing in Pensacola. It is right on the beach. Lori made our trip wonderful and kid friendly by offering a baby gate, pac-n-play, and highchair. The private balconies were awesome and we loved that we had a garage. This is THE condo to stay in. Hope to be back in the future.

  • We really liked this condo, the bedrooms were even bigger than the pictures indicated. Location is perfect (steps from the Gulf) and loved that a high chair and play yard were available. Very family friendly. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Even though we have family in Pensacola, we will try to stay here each time we come home! Thank you for a great weekend!

  • We just love this place! Coming from the North and having such a bright and cheery place to stay and a wonderful beach to enjoy is fantastic! It is a great place for families - lots of room and lots to do. We spent time on the beach, went to the Zoo, played mini golf, and of course frequented Peg Leg Pete's. Lori and Alan are wonderful hosts and always make our stay memorable. I know we'll be back next year!

  • We just spent the week of New Years in this beautiful condo & we couldn't have found a better place to bring in the new year! The location is perfect. The condo is decorated in fun & relaxing colors, plent of space, gorgeous views from 2 balconies, direct access to the beach, this condo has everything you need. It was great to be able to have dinner & drinks at our favorite restaurant Peg Legs & be able to walk back across the street to the condo. Best of all we were able to bring our 4 legged friend, Jacey, with us! Thank you, Lori & Alan for making your beach condo available & for making us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be back!

  • Perfect and relaxing in my opinion are the words to use when describing Seahorse Condo. Our stay in August was all we had looked for in a vacation rental and more. Lori was a very professional,easy to contact,and truly friendly person who wanted our time in her condo to be a vacation to remember. The condo,beach,and all surroundings were perfect for us. We have been to Jamaica,Cancun, and Hawaii. For us the 9 hour ride to Pensacola Beach will be our island vacation.Can't wait until next time.

  • Our family has been vacationing at Seahorse, unit E for 3 years now. The condo is the perfect size for our family of five and there is plenty of room for Grandma and Grandpa. It is in the perfect location; on the gulf side of Pensacola Beach and across the street from Peg Leg Pete's! It has everything we need to make our vacation comfortable. Every year, we are welcomed to an immaculately cleaned condo with adorable decor and footsteps to the beach. We would stay a month if we could!!

  • My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Seahorse Condo Unit E. The place was very spacious and beautifully decorated to enhance your stay. The view was spectacular! Sitting on the upstairs balcony at night and listening to the waves crash and watching the stars twinkle in the sky was a precious moment I will never forget.
