Hi Lori, We had another wonderful time at your beach house. Our little grandson made sand birthday cakes and so enjoyed the beach. We cherish our memories in Pensacola and hope to return for many years to come. Thank you for everything!

I had my reservation scheduled and rescheduled and Lori was extremely considerate of my circumstance. In addition the rates were very competitive when compared to beach property management companies that add surcharges and higher cleaning fees. It is nice to work with reputable owners that are not trying to take advantage of guests.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo with plenty of reasons to come back! Nice relaxing beach front with everything you need inside. Located in a great spot! with Peg Leg's right across the street, which we enjoyed our first night, our last night and a few in between as well. We have stayed from Mexico beach to the east over to Orange beach to the west and everywhere in between. We have found Pensacola beach to be our favorite! This unit was clean, well furnished and did we mention located in a great spot! Thanks Nesmiths for maintaining and sharing your condo.

Absolutely, loved our weekend stay at your condo. We were very impressed with how clean and well appointed your place is and how much room. The master bed room is gorgeous with a view of the ocean form bed. We sat on the balconies and watched schools of dolphins playing in the surf. Later we enjoyed the "Taste of the Beach" and sampled food from local resturants. The Sandshaker Festival was also fun. Being across the street from Peg Leg Pete's was convenient and always good. We will definitely be back to enjoy your place and The World's most beautiful beaches.

My first thought when walking in the door was that the pictures, although beautiful, do not do it justice. It was so bright, spacious and cheerful with wonderful picturesque views of the gulf. The condo is so very well equipped; there was nothing that we were in need of. The master bedroom was truly a delight. The bed faces the gulf and provides such a glorious waking experience. As for the location, as stated, it is right on the beach. It cannot be any more convenient. Truly beats staying in a high-rise condo/hotel and having to carry your belongings back and forth. You can go to the beach on a whim, without having to plan and pack for it. I just truly cannot say enough. Simply beautiful...just beautiful.

As a previous home owner in the pensacola area I have stayed in and seen some of the nicest places on pensacola beach. We chose the seahorse condo because of the cozy family atmosphere. It is beautifully decorated and has the most beautiful beach views. It's the perfect condo for family trips. The lay out is awesome. Lots of sleeping space and televisions in all rooms. We will be making this a yearly trip to the Seahorse Condo. Thanks Lori!!! We love it.

The condo was everything we expected and more! It was especially nice to have an enclosed garage for the car! The decor was cheerful, and the kitchen was furnished with everything we might have needed. The two balconies facing the gulf were very relaxing, and stepping out the sliding doors to your own set of stairs that lead to the beach makes you feel like you have a private beach. And the beach is just a couple of hundred feet from the condo and not crowded like Destin or Panama City. We set up our chairs and umbrellas and left them on the beach the entire week! Thanks for such a wonderful place to spend a vacation!

I have to say this place was great!! our family loved it. The rooms were very spacious. A nice size bathroom for each bedroom. The location was great. The beach wasn't over crowded in that area and that was a plus. The ocean was beautiful. Having 2 balconies was such a treat!! Lori, thank you very much for sharing your place with us. We really enjoyed it and made some wonderful memories. Can't wait to come back!!

Lori, Thank you once again for your wonderful beach home. We really enjoyed our little trip and this year a new generation of our family was on the beach for the first time. Our baby grandson had the best time ever! It was great to be right on the beach. We stayed out each night for the beautiful sunset and into the starlit night. Your place is so cozy and sweet! It was our 4th time at the Seahorse and we do plan on coming every year. Thank you for being so sweet and kind. Take good care... Laurie Ledet

This was our 4th time we stayed in Unit E at the Seahorse Condos and will be coming back again and again. Lori and Alan have welcomed us each time with a most comfortable, clean and well maintained condo right on the beach. My husband and I love to catch the trolley (free) right in front of the condo that will take you to different locations on Pensacola Beach. We enjoyed an afternoon at Alvin's Island shopping, listening to live music and sipping on delicious pina coladas! Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Bar is a hop and a skip from the condo, which serves the best oysters on the half shell, among other specialties and always enjoy going there. We joined my sister, her husband, my nephew, his wife and their baby and the 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo was very comfortable in size and the layout couldn't be better. The weather was great and the water was an emerald green/blue. So relaxing and we will surely be back! Thank you Lori and Alan!

We four ladies just spent four nights here and found it delightful. The decor is cheerful and the condo is so clean. The beds were comfortable. It was so enjoyable to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the surfers, listen to the relaxing sound of the waves and feel the breeze. Just a short walk and we were on the beach to enjoy a walk or just soak up a little sun. Thank you Lori for being so helpful and answering all our questions. A totally enjoyable stay!

Ok...once again I owe my sanity to Alan and Lori!! I cannot imagine finding a more relaxing, comfortable, and fun place to stay on Pensacola Beach. Combine their hospitality with terrific weather, fantastic beaches, and the great food at Peg Leg's and Flounders, and you have the perfect getaway. It just always seems too short. We had a wonderful time sitting on the balconies, eating fresh seafood, and just simply relaxing our cares away. Can't wait for next year's trip, and I just got home last night!

My family and I (5 people total) went September 2010 and it was perfect. Right on the beach; so peaceful! It's everything you need! The air conditioner was acting up a little bit so it was a bit uncomfortable as far as the temperature inside, but we let them know and hopefully they fixed it. We hope to go back soon!

This condo is great! Of course you have to like a great location, right on the beach (you can lay on the bed and hear the waves and see the gulf), beautiful, beachy colors and interesting artwork, spacious bedrooms, soft, yummy linens, comfortable beds, a balcony that's perfect for pina coladas and boiled shrimp, a great landlady who could not be more helpful, a wonderful restaurant across the street - Peg Leg Pete's and a Tom Thumb for all those little things you forgot and no dirt anywhere, we're talking extreme clean. If all of this doesn't appeal to you this may not be the place for you but if it does you had better make your reservation because it is a popular place.

Everyone should enjoy a long weekend in a wonderful home away from home like this. I'd stay a month if I could! The location of this condo is convenient, espcially with Peg Leg's and the Tom Thumb store just steps across the street. Walking on the beach and watching the gorgeous sunrises from the second floor balcony were a special treat. Of course having the kitchen equipped with even a blender to enjoy a bushwacker or two was nice as well! Alan and Lori were great, and I really enjoyed the original art and colorful decor! It was everything a beach condo should. Nothing is better than walking out your door and only taking 20 steps to have the sand between your toes!

The photos do not do this condo justice. The place is more beautiful than expected. The rooms were gorgeous, immaculate and very comfortable. The morning walks on the beach were just what the doctor ordered. All my stress was washed away with the outgoing waves. Breathing in the salt air was perfect for my allergy/pollen overloaded sinuses. What a wonderful treat to stay here. It was better than a bed and breakfast--this one truly felt like a home away from home. The permanent residents are very nice, too. We LOVED Peg Leg's and Flounders. Delicious raw oysters and amazing salads! Thanks Alan and Lori for having such a wonderful place. See you soon.

This condo is perfect for a beach vacation! Beautiful location with quick direct access to the beach. The condo is very homey, clean and minimalistic. Two spacious balconies to hang out on and watch the sunset or listen to the surf at night. Beautiful view of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Pegleg’s & convenience store across the street are super convenient. The owner’s are very thoughtful, they have a selection of dvd’s, books and menu’s for nearby local restaurants and wi-fi so you can stay connected! You could not ask for sweeter people to rent from or a more beautiful beach to stay on! We will be back!!

I cannot say enough about the condo, Lori the owner, or Pensacola bch itself! Everything was exactly as described, moreover, even the beautiful pictures on the website do not do it justice. The condo is surprisingly spacious, extremely clean, and literally on the sand. All the ammenities you could possibly need are in the condo. One of the local restaurants, Peg Leg Pete's, is directly across the street (as is a small convenience strore) with great food and live music. With all that said, Lori is the main reason I chose to stay at the Seahorse Condo. You will not find another owner easier to deal with. I will definitely be back!

My brother & family & my family came in for a friends wedding being held on the beach so we decided to make a mini vacation of the event and found this location on HomeAway. There were several locations to choose from but Lori's quick response and helpfulness sealed the deal. The condo was very well furnished and decorated. Home away from home (no punn intended) Great view & a few steps from the beach. Close to the busy part of town but far enough away to enjoy yourself with kids or just a quite weekend with someone special. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lori was a very professional, easy to contact, and truly friendly person who wanted our time in her condo to be a vacation to remember. The condo, beach, and all surroundings were perfect for us. Truly the best value I have found in Pensacola Beach...worth every penny and more! To be right on the sand is a luxury I will never compromise again. The difference between having to pack everything up and haul it to a beach vs. just waking up and walking out to the sand with a cup of coffee was priceless. And to boot, the interior of the condo is amazing. Very tasteful, cheerful, and easy to live in. 100% positive experience!!!

The condo was very comfortable and it was especially nice to have 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the gulf. The beach was beautiful and loaded with tons of seashells. The water was the prettiest we have ever seen. We ate at Peg Leg Pete's across the street and it was some of the best fried seafood and raw oysters. We look forward to returning to Seahorse in the near future. Three generations of my Pensacola and Boston family just celebrated a very memorable Thanksgiving holiday at Seahorse, Unit E. Lori was wonderful, and I thank her profusely for her kindness. Seahorse is exactly as advertised. In fact, the condo exceeded my expectations. The gulf front balconies (2) directly overlook the Gulf of Mexico, and you can hear the surf 24/7. We were fortunate to have warm, beautiful sunshine most of the time, as we enjoyed watching the daily wetsuit attired surfers who swam directly below our balconies. And, we tried to never miss a spectacular sunrise or sunset from the privacy of our family area or master bedroom suite. Lori and Alan's condo gave us a "home away from home",on the most beautiful beach in the world! Sonya L. Pence Boston, MA

If you are looking for a beautiful and uncrowded beach, look no further than Seahorse. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need, but if you don't feel like cooking there is a restaurant across the street. It has good food and a fun atmosphere. Another reason we love this condo is because we can bring our four-legged children!

My family of five and I recently rented the Seahorse condo on Pensacola Beach for a week, and really enjoyed our stay. First of all, let me say that from the beginning, Lori was great to work with. All of my emails were answered promptly. She met us at check in to give us the keys and showed us around the condo. We had her cell phone number in case anything went wrong. The condo is fantastic. It's right on the gulf, you don't have to cross the street to get to the beach, which is nice. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable, and the bed linens were all very clean. The bathrooms were spotless. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. We liked having a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a large balcony. There is also a balcony outside the living room. There is a full kitchen which is nice for cutting the cost of eating out every night, but there are also lots of restaurants on the beach. One is right across the street and has good seafood. One of my pet peeves about looking for apartments or condos on the internet is that the pictures always look better on line. This wasn't the case this time. All of the pictures were accurate. I would definitely stay here again.
