Colina 15C, a spacious, light-filled, luxurious 3-bedroom, 2 full baths condo, located in a 24-hour gated and attended Spanish Colonial designed community, is part of the Los Sueños Ocean Resort, which encompasses the Los Suenos International Sport Fishing Marina, & the Marriott La Iguana 18-hole Eco-Golf Course.
The resort, within a 1,100 acre tropical rainforest reserve, nestles between the warm waters of the Pacific & the surrounding mountains. It provides the perfect solution for families as well as those seeking all the nature/adventure experiences Costa Rica has to offer - activities such as deep sea sport fishing, catching bill fish & Rooster fish on the fly; whitewater rafting & kayaking; rain forest canopy tours; bird watching, & wildlife tours; sightseeing, hiking, ATV, & charter boat excursions; golf, tennis, spa services, & casino.

Colina's location within the resort complex is absolutely perfect with an impressive selection of fine restaurants, market, and shops a short stroll away. The many eateries include: at the Marriott Hotel: La Vista Restaurant, Arrecife Pool Bar and Grill, Casa del Cafe, Hoya 19, Nuevo Latino, Puesta del Sol, La Vista Restaurant; at the Los Suenos Marina Village: El Galeon Restaurant and Martini Bar, Bambú Sushi and Asian Cuisine, Lanterna Ristorante Italiano, The Terrace Lounge, The Hook Up Bar and Restaurant, and Dolce Vita Coffee and Sweets; and nearby: Wishbone, El Hicaco Restaurant & Lobster Feast, El Pelicano, and Tsunami Sushi. National Car Rental is conveniently located at the Los Sueños Marina Village, making it possible to originate a rental at National's airport location and drop off at the resort for the duration of your stay, or rent for only the days you wish. Golf-cart rentals are also available for use within the entire resort complex.
