The oceanfront balcony is truly the highlight! Equipped with a large table and chairs that seats six, rocking chairs and lounging chairs. This may be where you spend most of your time. While you are dining, sipping morning coffee, reading a good book or having evening cocktails you will certainly enjoy the spectacular view, the smell of the ocean surf, listening to the sounds of the ocean waves and the "ping" of the golf ball as it reaches the 8th green. And the sunsets are unbelievable!!
Cinnamon Beach Condo 433 is located on the 3rd floor of the 6 floor building. The single-level floor plan is accessible by both the elevator and stairs and provides 1700 sq. feet of an exquisitely detailed living space, 10 foot ceilings and tile throughout.
As you enter the condo unit you are greeted by the view of the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The floor plan allows easy access to the kitchen, dining and living rooms with spectacular views.
The gourmet kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliance, all cookware and tableware. The kitchen is great for creating gourmet meals or preparing snacks and beverages.
The dining room area is nestled just on the other side of the kitchen. A large table that seats 6 and 3 bar stools. Imagine yourself enjoying a candle-lit dinner or a family style dining experience.
The living/entertainment space is truly comfortable. With a large couch and an attached lounger, a club chair and leather ottoman that works easily as a coffee table or extra seating (great for kids to sit on and play video games), this space is sure to please. The condo also includes cable with 250 channels, Showtime and a complete movie library. WI-FI, high speed internet and a phone that allows FREE long distance calling anywhere in the US and Canada is also available.
Relax in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8 comfortably. The bedrooms include a master suite, with a stunning views of the ocean, is located just off the living space. It includes a pillow top king bed, TV, private bath with separate shower and spa tub, as well as separate his/her vanities. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and TV set Bedroom #3 has a combination of beds designed for children and can accommodate up to 4 kids. It has: bottom bunk-full bed (sleeps 2), a top bunk (sleeps 1), and a roll out trundle bed (sleeps 1).
Our Condo is steps from the beach and is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The unit sits on the 8th hole of the course. The area offers five championship golf courses designed by "greats" such as Nicklaus and Palmer. Imagine yourself playing a round of golf just steps from the Atlantic.
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach. Guests of Cinnamon Beach can enjoy a choice of two clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, caters to the adults, offering an ideal place to lay by the pool, soak up the sun, enjoy the spectacular views, private cabanas, chairs and umbrellas for beach use, and a great place to relax and let the worries drift away.
The Lake Clubhouse caters to families. A pool with a" splash-zone", fountains, teen center, snack bar, entertainment area, playground, fitness center and a beach along the edge of a fresh-water lake.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Hammock ResortWe visited a lot of beach resorts until we vacationed in the Cinnamon Beach area. The minute we pulled into the gorgeous grounds of this resort area we knew this was a place we wanted to be able to come back to over and over again. The peaceful , relaxing feel of the area overwhelmed us. There are so many activities and amenities that suited our family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWe love staying here because it offers something for every member of our family, whether it be everyone " doing their own thing" or spending time together. We enjoy laying on the beach, boogie boarding, body surfing, laying by the pool, golfing, shopping, great seafood restaurants, walking on the beach and trails, biking, and spending good quality time together.

This unit has a fantastic view of both the ocean and the golf course. The unit is clean and comfortable. The little ones enjoyed the bunk beds in one of the extra rooms. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We enjoyed most of our meals on the balcony which has plenty of seating. One of the pools overlooks a lake with a gorgeous sunset view. The other pool is steps away from the beach. Palm Coast is a great location for a low-key, relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this unit to my family and friends.

This is a beautiful unit that is well maintained and has everything you might need included. The views from this unit are excellent and better than the pictures show. The community and beach are pet friendly and the poeple are great. This is definitely one of Florida's nicest beaches, clean , natural and not crowded. The two pools, clubhouse, hot tubs, and fitness center are extremely nice and just a short walk from the room. It was also very nice dealing with the owners. They are very responsive and are definitely interested in making your stay the best it can be. Thank you for a wonderful week of vacation, we will be back.

We loved our week at this Condo. This is our fourth stay at Cinnamon Beach, and the view from this Condo is our favorite. Beautiful Golf Greens and Ocean at the same time. Nice breeze on the balcony as well. We spent a lot of time on the Balcony watching the dolphins swim. Would definitely return to this Unit in the future.

We were so pleased with this property last year, we came back this summer and have already made plans for 2012. The unit is spacious and spotless, and the view is even more spectacular. We love the balcony and were pleased to see new outdoor furniture there when we returned this year. Being in a gated community adds to the experience, and if by some chance you get tired of walking on the beach, you have access to two pools, a clubhouse and a well-equipped workout facility. We do a lot of cooking at the beach, and the kitchen is spacious and modern. This is a perfect hiding place for us and only 20 minutes from Daytona International Speedway...so we can relax and go racing in the same week. This is truly a hidden treasure on the East Coast of Florida.

The entire experience was wonderful. The condo's location is great, the amenities are fantastic, and the condo is very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The ONLY complaint I would have (and it really isn't a complaint) is that there were not enough toilet paper/trash bags/paper/laundry soap provided for a week to accommodate 7 people. I am certain that if I had called to ask for it there would have been no issue but the convenient Publix just down the road provided everything nicely. Additionally, if you are arriving on Friday, don't arrive at 3 unless you are prepared to wait in a slow moving line through the security gate for the week's check in. We had to wait for an hour to get in (partly due to poor traffic direction) which was rough after a 20 hour drive. The close proximity to St. Augustine allowed for some tourist activities without being stuck in the middle of the traffic. The area is beautiful and the local people are very friendly. I miss being there already! I would recommend the property to others and we will most certainly be returning!

My family and I just returned from a week stay at this Cinnamon Beach condo. The condo/resort is awesome! I have a 20 month old daughter, so I wanted a kid friendly place. In the mornings we would spend at the Lakeside pool with other families, splash zone and lagoon style pool. After lunch it was nap time for the little one! At this time Mommy would enjoy the quiet/adult pool. The poolside service was wonderful! You could order anything from a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to a mixed drink. The beach is beautiful! I want to return to this place ASAP! It felt as if we were on a island far away. Hope this review helps and your stay is as great as ours!

We, along with our Basset Hound, rented this unit for the month of February in 2010. It was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated — very happy. Also, our rental contact was courteous and more than accommodating. We are hoping to be able to go back in 2012 and stay longer.

We stayed as a family of five here for spring break 2011 and enjoyed everything about the condo - the views, incredible beach, peace, quiet and terrific rental experience. I highly recommend both this condo and the terrific owner/agent who takes great care of their guests - lots of communication and everything in the listing was just as promised!
