This is a vey clean and nicely furnished unit. It was large enough for me and my husband and our 2 college age sons to have plenty of room. The view from the balcony is more golf than ocean but it was great to have both. The owner responded quickly and was easy to work with. Access to the beach was easy. The location is "away from it all" while being close to some great travel destinations (St Augustine & Daytona). During our visit, we went to the TPC in Ponte Vedra and the drive wasn't bad at all. We are already talking about making this trip again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

My husband and my 6 month old daughter stayed for an end of year getaway. Shawna was absolutely wonderful to work with, even taking a call on Christmas Day! The condo was in great condition and the view from the balcony is amazing. We brought our 2 older dogs too, and they enjoyed snoozing on the balcony. It was great to be able to sit out there and hear the ocean. We saw the moonrise over the water a few of the nights. Also, we were able to see the New Year's Eve fireworks in St Augustine Beach from the condo balcony. What a treat! The beach right by the condo is absolutely beautiful due to coral/rocks, but difficult to walk on due to a steep slant and soft sand (especially with a baby!), but the beach gets better further to the north in front of the hotel. The 10 foot ceilings inside the condo made it feel very open. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is really nice, and we went into St. Augustine most days/evenings. It's not a bad drive, and it is a beautiful one! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who appreciates a nice view and well appointed condo!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and neat and well appointed. The owner was very accommodating and sent info ahead of time with surrounding attractions and helpful directions. Our entrance to the community was seamless even though we arrived late at night. Not only would we recommend this condo to others but we will consider staying there again in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This unit has a fantastic view of both the ocean and the golf course. The unit is clean and comfortable. The little ones enjoyed the bunk beds in one of the extra rooms. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We enjoyed most of our meals on the balcony which has plenty of seating. One of the pools overlooks a lake with a gorgeous sunset view. The other pool is steps away from the beach. Palm Coast is a great location for a low-key, relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this unit to my family and friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is a beautiful unit that is well maintained and has everything you might need included. The views from this unit are excellent and better than the pictures show. The community and beach are pet friendly and the poeple are great. This is definitely one of Florida's nicest beaches, clean , natural and not crowded. The two pools, clubhouse, hot tubs, and fitness center are extremely nice and just a short walk from the room. It was also very nice dealing with the owners. They are very responsive and are definitely interested in making your stay the best it can be. Thank you for a wonderful week of vacation, we will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We loved our week at this Condo. This is our fourth stay at Cinnamon Beach, and the view from this Condo is our favorite. Beautiful Golf Greens and Ocean at the same time. Nice breeze on the balcony as well. We spent a lot of time on the Balcony watching the dolphins swim. Would definitely return to this Unit in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were so pleased with this property last year, we came back this summer and have already made plans for 2012. The unit is spacious and spotless, and the view is even more spectacular. We love the balcony and were pleased to see new outdoor furniture there when we returned this year. Being in a gated community adds to the experience, and if by some chance you get tired of walking on the beach, you have access to two pools, a clubhouse and a well-equipped workout facility. We do a lot of cooking at the beach, and the kitchen is spacious and modern. This is a perfect hiding place for us and only 20 minutes from Daytona International Speedway...so we can relax and go racing in the same week. This is truly a hidden treasure on the East Coast of Florida.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The entire experience was wonderful. The condo's location is great, the amenities are fantastic, and the condo is very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The ONLY complaint I would have (and it really isn't a complaint) is that there were not enough toilet paper/trash bags/paper/laundry soap provided for a week to accommodate 7 people. I am certain that if I had called to ask for it there would have been no issue but the convenient Publix just down the road provided everything nicely. Additionally, if you are arriving on Friday, don't arrive at 3 unless you are prepared to wait in a slow moving line through the security gate for the week's check in. We had to wait for an hour to get in (partly due to poor traffic direction) which was rough after a 20 hour drive. The close proximity to St. Augustine allowed for some tourist activities without being stuck in the middle of the traffic. The area is beautiful and the local people are very friendly. I miss being there already! I would recommend the property to others and we will most certainly be returning!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I just returned from a week stay at this Cinnamon Beach condo. The condo/resort is awesome! I have a 20 month old daughter, so I wanted a kid friendly place. In the mornings we would spend at the Lakeside pool with other families, splash zone and lagoon style pool. After lunch it was nap time for the little one! At this time Mommy would enjoy the quiet/adult pool. The poolside service was wonderful! You could order anything from a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to a mixed drink. The beach is beautiful! I want to return to this place ASAP! It felt as if we were on a island far away. We absolutely loved this condo, beach, etc! It was a very nice, gated community so we felt extra safe! The owner was wonderful to work with and always had timely communication. The condo was phenomenal...almost like being at home! We would definitely return!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed as a family of five here for spring break 2011 and enjoyed everything about the condo - the views, incredible beach, peace, quiet and terrific rental experience. I highly recommend both this condo and the terrific owner/agent who takes great care of their guests - lots of communication and everything in the listing was just as promised! This is the kind of place you go to truly relax. Our daily routine consisted of beach, lunch, pool, nap, beach, dinner, movies, bedtime. The condo was so well stocked, beautifully decorated, and spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We loved that it's not a touristy area, so the beach was never busy or crammed. The kids loved the pool, splash pad, and game room and the restaurant was great. We will most definitely return to this condo on the lovely Cinnamon Beach!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful place for a family get-together. A very roomy condo. We had 4 adults/6 kids in our party and everyone had a great time and did not feel cramped. The place was beautiful; both the condo and the complex. I loved the big patio space with views of the golf course and ocean. The home was well equipped for our needs. This was my first experience using VRBO, and the owner here was very easy to work with. Our family just returned from a week in Palm Coast, Florida staying in this amazing Cinnamon Beach condo. It had everything we could have possibly wanted. Very clean. Tile floors throughout. Signature appliances. Clubhouse with games, grill, spray zone and adult lounge. The best part about this Cinnamon Beach condo was the covered back porch. Two rockers, two loungers, two ceiling fans, table for six, and still room to enjoy the amazing view that included an exclusive golf course, beach mansions, a resort, and of course, the beautiful ocean. We will definitely rent this Cinnamon beach condo again and our only regret was that we only rented it for a week! The owner was awesome to work with and even sent us a preview guide prior to our trip that listed shopping, dining, attractions, etc. We would recommend this to anyone that wants a beautiful and relaxing vacation. In fact, it was so nice we didn't go out to eat one time.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We, along with our Basset Hound, rented this unit for the month of February in 2010. It was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated — very happy. Also, our rental contact was courteous and more than accommodating. We are hoping to be able to go back in 2012 and stay longer.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners, sightseeing.
