  This was our second stay at Sits on Sand. The condo is Perfect for our family with 3 grandboys. It is in excellent condition and has top notch amenities. Our favorite room is the kitchen. It is pure luxury. It is spacious and has everything we need. The bedrooms and baths are lovely. The view from the balconies is sublime--the gulf and sand, breeze and sunsets at our reach. The condo is well maintained. It was a joy to work with Marsha. She is present and available and is so willing to be helpful. We appreciated her care and concern for us and could feel that she sincerely wanted our stay to be comfortable and memorable. Now that is good service! God willing, we hope to be back next year.

  my family and i started our annual family fall retreat in 2010. sits on sand certainly measured up against the larger family homes we have stayed at in recent years. the rooms in the house were actually very spacious, and the kitchen and dinning fit all 15 of us nicely. my favorite amenitity...the stand alone ice maker in the kitchen. it's amazing how such a small thing makes a big difference. the owner, ms marsha, could not have been more helpful. she usually answered her cell, and when i did leave a message, she returned my call promptly. all of our needs in the house were met, and Lord willing we will return next year!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

  This was by far the most wonderful vacation ever! Marsha made every detail special. What a wonderful, thoughtful person to deal with. The house was beautiful. The beach was beyond compare!! My husband is not a beach lover, but he even hated to leave. Can't wait until next year. It is a perfect place for my young grandchildren. The restaurants are great and so is the shopping! Marsha, thanks for your kindness and great recommendations.

  What an incredible upscale house! Steps to the white sandy beach! Very relaxing accommodations...comfy beds for all! We have been to Destin 3 times and this is BY FAR the best place we stayed...well worth the money! We had an awesome vacation! Thank you Marsha for your attentiveness to all our wishes : )

  The most relaxing beach trip ever. We loved staying at this house, My best friend, my 2 daughter in laws, my daughter in law's mother, my 3 year old granddaughter and myself had an awesome time our week staying here. The house is right on the beach, is was not crowded and everyone had their own room, With the house being 3 stories we all had our own private space. Can't wait to book again for this year. Marsha is awesome to work with. Gave us a 6 page list of places to eat and things to do with phone numbers and addresses. The elevator was a great plus and a balcony on each floor. I would recommend this house & Marsha to anyone. The house was very clean. The only problem we had was leaving to come home.

  This place was everything advertised and more! We had four adults and eight teenagers and plenty of room for everyone. The bunk room worked great for the girls. They all loved the hot tub, and the beach access was only steps away. Marsha was right on top of the minor questions we had, and handled everything quickly. Would love to go back again (did not want to leave), just maybe without so many teenagers! (but I'm pretty sure they had a good time)!!! Loved the beach chairs and umbrella, serene.   We had an amazing time and this townhome was a great place to stay. We had plenty of space for our friends and their kiddos. Steps away from a amazing beautiful beach. Cant wait to go back!!
