Great home, not your typical rental home! The owner furnished this home for comfort! Kitchen has everything you need! Bedrooms are large and comfortable! 6 Blue ray players/6 HD TV's with whole house DVR satellite service! Home has internet service too. Pool and tennis courts are less than a minute away! Great place to exercise or just go for a walk in the nice quiet community. Jungle Jim Recreation Park and bus depot a block away! The bus can take you to all of the beaches, outlets, and restaraunts! Parking pass included to park downtown if you wish to.

Wow! This was our first time using VRBO and we were very satisfied. This house was great!...so much space! We appreciated all the amenities: a fully stocked kitchen (pots,pans,glasses, dinnerware,blender etc), washer/dryer, dishwasher, large pantry, fridge with ice maker, central gathering room, plenty of space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other (there were 12 of us), LR sofa we sank into for movie night, very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, screened in porch used for game night (also had a little waterfall in back yard that was nice to see and listen to) pool (that got a lot of use), garage (to drape a laundry line for wet towels etc), parking permit, 8 minutes from door to chair on beach....we appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. My 14 year old son used the shuttle one day on his own to come back from the beach and had no problem. Highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Owners live in Maryland and live in this home during the off months. It was a hard decision to rent this home and we don't treat it like the typical rental. We keep this home well maintained and always ask ourselves each year- "Is there anything we can do to make this home better?" We upgrade our home constantly and plan on retiring here one year! We hope you enjoy your stay!
Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach:
When we first came out to Rehoboth Beach we fell in love with the water of course! Walking on the board walk at night, eating at the great restaurants, and the fact it is tax free! We found our community to be quiet and we have enjoyed our home and neighbors! It is located close but yet not next to the beach. Everything is within a bus trip and the bus depot is 5 minutes away! Can't ask for anything more!
