WATERCOLOR is a huge resort with many of the homes very far from the beaches. Why rent a "beach home" and end up no where near the "beach"?
Fighting for the EXTREMELY limited parking spots near the beach club and other popular areas should not be part of your holiday.
Our charming home named “Attitude Adjustment” is 2 blocks from the prettiest part of the gulf as well as amenities, shops, work out facility, tennis, coffee, and restaurants. It’s also an easy 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the picturesque town of Seaside. You just can't beat our location.
There are so many wonderful on site amenities including shops, and a gourmet wine boutique. The four resort sized pools are perfect settings to relax and take in the sun. One of the pools overlooks the ocean and one overlooks a lake and marina, so you are never far from the calming effects of natural water. The neighboring town of Seaside also broadens your options for places to eat and things to do.
The home has two master bedrooms, each with private bath. There is a king bedroom with a television, shower, double vanities, and a Jacuzzi bathtub. It opens to a great screened porch overlooking the park. The second master bedroom has a charming iron queen bed, TV and full bath.
Additionally, there is a cozy bunk room that sleeps 2 as well as a comfy queen sofa sleeper adding up to sleeping 8 people. There is also 1 large half bath to allow more space to ready yourself for whatever the day may hold.
The living space of the home is very open and spacious. The living room has a TV, DVD player and sound system. There is a wonderful covered porch with table and chairs to eat meals or enjoy coffee and a paper. The dining room has a table that seats up six and the adjacent breakfast bar seats three more. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer on this floor as well.
Once you visit it will be hard for you to leave without planning your next "Attitude Adjustment"

Our family - 2 adults, 3 kids - stayed here the week after Easter. Loved the community -- had never been. Its like being in Mayberry! The house was perfect for us... great location, ample space, simple yet usable. Thanks for a great time!

House is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A quick walk to beach club/beach plus restaurants and shopping. This was a great location for our children. Felt very safe allowing them to venture out on their own.

This was a great unit- very well kept and set up! We had plenty of room for my mom plus three kids! The owner was very easy to deal with and bikes being included was a huge plus! The location in WaterColor is very central and riding bikes to everywhere is so much fun!
