Watercolor Our home is called "Attitude Adjustment" and if you spend any time there, you will certainly understand why. Our charming townhouse is in the Watercolor community 2 easy blocks from the ocean and the prettiest part of the gulf. Watercolor has so many wonderful on site amenities including restaurants, wine bar, ice cream and pizza parlor, Starbucks, and a health club. The four resort sized pools are perfect settings to relax and take in the sun. One of the pools overlooks the ocean and one overlooks a lake and marina, so you are never far from the calming effects of natural water. The shops and restaurants in Watercolor and neighboring Seaside are easy walking distance and provide for plenty to do. You could literally park your car and not touch it for a week. Looking for a bit more than lazing in the sun and getting sand between your toes? There are also miles of paths for hiking, and biking. This wonderful home is pristine and decorated to make you feel comfortable yet alive. In addition to it being just 2 blocks to the beach, pools, a local fitness club, and shops, it overlooks a beautiful park with a lot of green space, water features, plants and fish. The home has two master bedrooms each with private bath. There is a king bed, large television, two separate showers, double vanities, and a Jacuzzi bath. It opens to a great screened porch overlooking the park. The second master bedroom has a charming iron queen bed, TV and full bath. Additionally, there is a cozy bunkroom that sleeps 2 as well as a great queen sofa sleeper that lets you sleep up to 8 comfortably. The living space of the home is very open and spacious. The living room has a large TV, DVD player and sound system. There is a wonderful porch with table and chairs to eat meals or enjoy coffee and a paper. The dining room has a table that seats up to eight and the adjacent breakfast bar seats three more. The kitchen has the latest stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. There is a large half bath and washer and dryer on this floor as well. Once you visit it will be hard for you to leave without planning your next "Attitude Adjustment"
