  Thank you for allowing us to use your vacation home! We had 5 adults stay (my mom, dad, brother, my husband, and me) We had plenty of room and the location could not be beat! We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the surfers in the ocean. We also liked that we could see if the beach was crowded from the balcony. This condo is located so close to all shops and we walked to breakfast and dinner a few days. The listing describes the location perfectly and we had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. We definitely want to stay here again and will recommend to others. The pier is very close by and then in Charleston we took the Ft. Sumter tour and went to Patriots Point (all things we would recommend). There is also an elevator at the complex, a pool, and tennis court.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My family and I stayed here during spring break. It was a perfect place to stay. So relaxing and wonderful. The pics do not even show the beauty of this condo!!! We were pleasantly surprised at the price on such a wonderful home! I would strongly recommend this condo if you have a family and want a really nice place to stay that wasnt expensive and close to the beach, pier and center street! It was a piece of heaven for that week....Thank you for renting us your condo and we hope we can stay again soon.

  This condo was just perfect. The location cannot be beat. We were able to visit Center Street and the pier whenever we wanted without the hassle of trying to find a parking spot. Folly’s parking can be a nightmare! The view of the ocean from the condo was fantastic. The condo itself was nicely decorated and clean. I will definitely remember this place for future trips to Folly.

  This condo is beautiful-quiet-and right across from the beach. Charleston is 15 minutes away and folly is a cute beach community. Parking is gated so no one steals your spot. My friends said that the pictures really don't do the condo justice-beautifully decorated. Will definately stay there again if the opportunity presents.

  This place was AWESOME! Very clean and spacious. The balcony is very big and the view is great. The location could not have been better...less than a block from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The beach is just a short walk across the parking lot. Already trying to find another weekend to go back. Can't say enough how good our experience was! Only bad thing...checkout is too early!!!! :) but it was worth it.
