We absolutely loved the condo. We had a great time with friends and family for a wedding. Of all the condo's we saw yours was the best decor. the view was incredible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 601. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our extended family. Furnishings were beautiful and the condo was well equipped with all the "necessities" for a beach vacation - there were boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs, loads of books and even games for the rainy days. The building is located on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, far, far away from the worst spring break chaos. Loved that!

Your condo is lovely and you have thought of everything to make an enjoyable week. We took your advice and enjoyed many restaurants. Sat evening we had a great view of the fire works. David caught a 20 lb Amberjack, plus many more fish. The sunset was fun to photograph. The condo is beatifully decorated and we hope to return.

Nothing but the best in everything, from the linens on the beds to the dishes in the cabinets. Everything was exactly as pictured and more. I felt like I was in a 5-Star Hotel Suite with all the comforts of home. The location is fabulous and the balcony is simply spectacular. Everything looked brand new and the decor was very tasteful. All the extra's showed the love and attention of owners Linda & Steve. There were books with restaurants, attractions and coupons for everything. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks, just like arriving at a friend's house. And we felt like we were in our best friend's home. I'm proud to recommend this property. I've got my calendar out and looking for open dates to book for next year. The property has everything, the beach with the chairs/umbrella, the indoor/outdoor pool, and 2 hot tubs so that you don't have to leave. But if you want activities, there is plenty to do very close by. I can highly recommend Gulf World and all the shops and restaurants at Pier Park. We didn't have time for nearly all the attractions, which is why we're planning to come back real soon. Thanks Linda & Steve for sharing your home with us.

Steve and Linda thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and worry free. The furnishings are top notch, from the furniture to the towels. Everything you might need to cook with is is in the kitchen.Great ocean views from the two master suites and large deck with two gorgeous seating areas to watch the dolphins swimming by. Exquisite details everwhere make you feel like you are staying in a 4 star hotel.

Where do we start? Thank you so much for opening your condo to my family. We've been coming to PCB for 25 years and have never been this comfortable. The condo it's self is FABULOUS! The Bacony and view can't be beat. The 7 of us had plenty of room to hang out and have fun. The Sand Bar, The Back Porch, Pier Park, Ron Jon's - all places that will be greatly missed until next year.....Thank you, thank you , thank you!!

My family and I have vacationed in PCB since I was 15. We have always stayed in hotels but for the first time in 25 years we rented a condo. Boy were we thrilled with our choice!! Steve and Linda were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. The condo itself was fabulous! There was plenty of room for the seven of us. It was very clean and we were left great instructions on how everything worked. My dad and husband spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying coffee and the rest of us enjoyed watching all of the beach goers. I, also, had to pull my kids out of the pool almost every night. We had the best seats for the fireworks display at the pier on the 4th of July. We didn't have to fight the crowd or traffic. We were close to all of the great restaurants we normally eat at and we also discovered a new one - the Sandbar! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We can't wait to visit again next year!!

When my Wife and I first discovered your beautiful home on VRBO we were truly amazed; however I must admit that we had some reservations as more often than not, some folks may use just a tad bit of hyperbole in their descriptions of amenities and overuse photo enhancing programs. It just seemed too good to be true. Imagine our delightful surprise when, after arriving for our six week stay, everything was just as described or even better! You folks have definitely set the bar quite high for any vacation rental. Your furnishing were extremely comfortable and more than practical. In regard to accessories needed to complete an absolute turnkey experience, it was as if you had purchased just about every gadget and widget that one could hope for. In regard to the custodial aspects of navigating the reservation process and all, just allow us to say that you guys have this process totally wired! Everything flowed seamlessly and was extremely pleasant. We felt that we were dealing with good friends, as opposed to some faceless overly bureaucratic management company. All in all, suffice it to say that we more than thrilled with our stay at your lovely beach home, and would have no problem whatsoever giving you both our highest recommendation. Thanks again Steve and Linda. You will most definitely be seeing us again.

Christmas @ the Beach

We booked 3 days for Christmas, 2010 - it was wonderful. Steve and Linda are excellent host and provided all the details needed to make our arrival and stay the very best. Their condo is 5 star in every detail. Close to Pier Park with lots of wonderful shops and restaurants. Our greatest find was Dustys Oyster Bar, you'll love this place. Thank you Linda and Steve for making our stay the very best Christmas away from home. We plan on returning again, the photos are terrific, but when you walk in, it is even better. What a Merry Christmas we had.

Unbelievable

It is unbelievable how far above and beyond Steve and Linda have made this condo to feel like home to their renters. We were there 7/17-7/24 and we had two adult couples and 3 children. One child is 2 years old and they even made accomadations for her. The condo is stocked with everything you may need like: beach chairs, beach toys, movies, cds. high chair, pack and play, hd tv, wifi, beach towels, floats for the children, and a fully stocked kitchen all the way down to a stocked spice rack. We have stayed at alot of condos is PCB and this is by far the best we have stayed yet. One more thing, we never had to wait more than 30 seconds for the elevator.

Family Vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family! The pictures do not do it justice - it's even more beautiful than you think it's going to be! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need. The view is amazing and the balcony easily accomodated all 8 of us with comfortable seating. Everything we could have needed was available to us. Steve and Linda are wonderful to work with and have made every effort to make your stay comfortable. I have recommended this condo to all of our family and friends and we intend to make this a yearly tradition! I promise you will not find a nicer, more comfortable place to stay!

This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and well furnished. The beaches are very beautiful and clean. You are just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The oweners were great to work with and cared about the expirence that we had. Kitchen had all the necessities to make meals. Great videos to watch and games to play for the kids. I hope to visit again in the near future.

This condo is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and feel pampered. Steve and Linda have thought of everything; movies, music, games, beach chairs, toys and towels, and every kitchen and bath item you might need. They made us feel so welcome and at home. My children and I spent the last three weeks here, and enjoyed the hot tub, the huge, comfortable beds and especially the huge porch. The pictures don't do it justice. This condo is even more beautiful and the porch is bigger than it even seems. I highly recommend spending as much time here as you can. It is the perfect home away from home.
