This beautiful two bedroom/two bath condo has been lovingly cared for by the original owners who purchased the property when it was built in 1997. It sleeps 4 - 6. It is conveniently located close to the Gondola base. A short walk along a creek-side paved path takes you in less than 10 minutes up to the gondola, ski slopes or summer hiking. A ride on the free bus available every 20 minutes gives quick access to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Shops and other activities in downtown Steamboat Springs are just two miles away on the same bus route. Regularly scheduled HDN and DIA airport shuttles pick up and drop off guests right at our door so you don't need to even have a rental car. The unit is a spacious 1,087 square feet on the 2nd floor with a private heated garage/entrance below.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen, new appliances, queen bed in master bed-room, bunk bed in the second bedroom (full-size bed on bottom, twin on top) down comforters for all beds, and queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Sunny decks are located off both the living room and master bedroom with views of the ski area and the Flat Tops. A gas fireplace in the living room will be welcome after a day on the mountain.
Other conveniences include a barbecue,tables and chairs on the decks, two color TVs with cable, 40" LCD HD Flat screen in living room, DVDs,CD player, Sony Playstation 2, and games, private phone, wireless internet, and hot tub on site. This is a quiet complex with only 6 units per building. Private heated single car garage with mudroom and staircase entrance. There are many resident owners, making this a great location for families. Additional towels and linens, as well as housekeeping are provided. There may be a cleaning fee for four nights or less. 5 night minimum stay during the winter season please.
Located on FREE Walton Creek bus route to gondola and downtown.

Condo was excellent ! Three minutes from free ski area parking lot. Quiet condo location, couldn't hear neighbors at all. Was clean and neat, bathrooms spotless. Convenient to main road leading to downtown stores. Would plan on renting this condo for every year's ski vacation. Families would love the large kitchen and living room, also. Was great!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

All the conveniences of home in a beautifully decorated condo. Lots of room for 4 people. It is in a redidential area, and you will have a lot of activity and noise at night if you leave the the bedroom sliding glass doors open like we had to. In the winter this would be no problem. Loved the fact that we could place our car in the garage with easy access to the house.. The condo is spotless and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing missing was a regular ironing board. The restaurants in Steamboat are graeat so we only ate breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen is fully equiped for all meals.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
