When you enter this three bedroom/ three bathroom resort view condominium, go up a set of wooden steps and you will pass by a cast iron table and two chairs - a great place to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine!
This condominium is elevated one story over a two car garage and has two levels. The first is home to the kitchen, a reading nook, living room/dining room, laundry room, one bedroom and a full bathroom. The second level is home to the master bedroom and second bedroom, each which have a private bath.
Once entering the condominium, the kitchen is to the left - you will immediately notice the dark granite countertops and natural sunlight pouring through the large window. The kitchen offers three bar seats and six chairs around the table. Off the kitchen is a relaxing reading nook with a large overstuffed armchair and ottoman with peaceful views of a lagoon.
The living room is immediately in front of you as you enter the condominium. The bamboo floors, rattan armoire and coffee table give the room a tropical feel, reminding you that you are at the beach. A large sliding glass door opens to a deck with outdoor seating , overlooking the lagoon. The living room also offers an additional large dining table for six.
The bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds, bamboo floors, a T.V., matching bedspreads and draperies, and a private balcony with views of the tennis courts. This bedroom has a full bath with a tile stall shower. The bathroom also doubles as the hall bath.
Continue up the carpeted stairs to find the master and second bedrooms. Both are carpeted and have custom light blocking draperies that perfectly compliment the décor and bedding. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a T.V. with a DVD player. Its private bath has a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom boasts detailed dark wood furniture and a beautiful inviting king bed. The room has a private balcony with views of a lagoon. The bedroom also offers a small sitting area and ample closet space. The private bathroom has two vanities, a tub/shower combo, and a window for natural light.
All guests renting this home will receive full access to all of Wild Dunes Resort's abundant activities and amenities, including:
- Exclusive access to the Grand Pavilion oceanfront pools, boardwalk, cafe and facilities
- Exclusive access to the NEW Wild Dunes Resort pool, Palm Cove, is included. Palm Cove is a zero entry pool surrounded by a spacious deck and offering a seasonal café!
