Beautifully appointed Dana Point beach condo located on the beach side of Pacific Coast Hwy with a walkway and steps to The Strands Beach. This private 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 4 to 6 guests in a king master, queen guestroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The fully equipped family condo in Southern California also includes a private washer and dryer, all linens and towels and a sunny private patio with table and chairs.
Clean and bright the complete kitchen includes granite countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, dishwasher and generous dining area with table and chairs.
The living room includes a large screen TV/DVD/VCR and CD player, and a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa.
The complex of Niguel Terraces features a large, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tubs for guests.

Your condo was very nice and clean. It was nice to have Internet access while there. We enjoyed the convenience of walking across the street to the walking/running trail and beach area. The condo is also convenient for a nice walk down to the shopping center, where there is a grocery store, pharmacy, UPS, gas staation, several other stores, and a GREAT BBQ restaurant! Having the washer and dryer in the condo was another added treat. When we come back to California we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Dear Jill, Thank you so much for working with us to get our extended stay for work met with such lovely housing! My roommate and I each had our own bathroom and bedroom and were very comfortable. On those rare days off I enjoyed walks on the beach and found the unit very comfortable, clean and had all the needed items. Thank you for your quick return of our deposit! Karen
