  Over the years we've stayed at several VRBO rentals across the country but this one remains our favorite. This is two years in a row we've used this town home for an extended family winter vacation. The accomodations work out perfect for several families staying together - the kitchen, dining, living areas easily hold all of us for meals or watching TV. The kitchen is very large and has all the major appliances you need. Our kids are all college age now but they still love having the second family area downstairs to hang out. Loon Mountain is less than a 5 minute drive away and we also took advantage of the shuttle bus that picks up and drops off right in front of the town house. Location couldn't be anymore convenient for sking or snow boarding. Several of us also took advantage of the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Everything about this place is great - location, bedrooms, living areas. This is our second straight year renting and it's still in great shape - like new. I'd highly recommend this townhouse to anyone with a large, multi-family group.

  Our family loved this condo!! It is a clean modern space with plenty of room for everyone. Some of the family was downstairs playing pool and watching football and we could still enjoy quiet conversation upstairs. The kitchen was great for cooking large family meals and stores are close by for anything you need. We loved the hot tub!! Everyone from baby to grandparent loved it!

  Had a great time at this condo over Columbus Day weekend, great location for everything around Lincoln and Loon Mtn. This place easily sleeps 12 and with air mattresses or sleeping on couches (not on the pullouts) you could sleep plenty more. Place was clean and everything is new. Beware and bring extra trash bags, and paper towels because only one of each is supplied. I would have given 5 stars for this place but the owner double booked the unit and we ended up housing 7 others for a few hours while they found another place to stay. Obviously we didn't have to waste our time helping strangers find a new place but they were in a bad situation and had no one to help them. The unit was rightfully ours so we ended up staying I'm just glad we arrived before them because who knows what would of happened. Never heard a word from the owner or property manager about the whole situation which we thought was odd. Other than the double booking incident it was a pretty nice stay!

  We absolutely loved this townhouse! Everything looked brand new and immaculate. The master bath was terrific.Perfect for family with teenagers (we had 6 with us). The lower level family room with TV and pool table allowed them their own space. We all enjoyed the river behind the house and the hot tub. The back deck and listening to river was very relaxing. The house is close to everything - movies, water park, ziplining, grocery store, restaurants, mini-golf. We will definitely rent again.

  Spent 3 nights during August vacation and could not have asked for a better location and accomodation! The townhouse is beautiful - "luxury" is truly an accurate decription. We had 6 people staying (4 adults, 2 kids) and had more than enough room to spread out into our own space. Condo could easily accomodate 2-3 families with a handful of kids. Our daughters loved having the lower level as their "suite"! Highlights: - Extremely comfortable beds and bedding, couches with blankets, etc. - Beautiful, functional kitchen made cooking-in a pleasure - 3 minute walk down a forest path to natural rock waterslides on the Pemi river. Kids loved that - who needs a beach or pool! - Balcony for having a cocktail while listening to the Pemi rush by - Easy access to running trails, the Kancamagus highway and trails, and to services in Lincoln - Extremely clean and well kept A few suggestions: - There was no obvious "book" with check-in/check-out and local information. We did not have the code for the Hot Tub, but local management was very responsive when we called to inquire. - We thought our reservation included access to the pool at the Mountain Club, but were told that the membership was no longer active so we would need to pay. Listings and contract should be updated to ensure this is clear to guests. Luckily, the Pemi swimming hole was so close! We will definitely come back, hopefully in the Winter for some skiing. Would recommend to all of our friends and hope to bring some with us next time. Easy access to the South Peak base area will be another great convenience in the winter! Thank you so much for keeping such a beautiful vacation home.

  The house was very clean wit hall amenities. it was worth renting it. They have provided everything. Good for family outing and specially when you are planning to a week. Nice location. I only have trouble to get there as it wasn't updated on Google map and the streets don't ave names. I will definitely rent it again when i plan next visit to NH. You can listen river sound when sitting in balcony. The owner was very friendly. Very good experience staying there. + The market and all attractions are very close by. All the rooms have LCD TVS. We had a small kid with us and they have provided us so many games for kids and a cute blanket. Thumbs up for this property. They have kept the property very clean and nice. I would recommend to stay here rather than to resort or hotel.

  My family stayed at this Luxury Town Home on Easter weekend, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were a party of 9 with 4 adults and 5 children. The photos do not capture the beauty or the size of the Town Home. The description of the property indicates that it sleeps 10-12, and I would say that 12 could sleep comfortably. The property was immaculate and clean. The weather was beautiful, as we were able to ski all day and enjoy time on the river, just a stone's throw from the property. The jacuzzi was relaxing and enjoyed by everyone. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in having a relaxing vacation in a luxurious setting.

  We have enjoyed staying in this spacious condo on two occasions now with our 2 young children. It is spacious, very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room to easily accommodate 1 or 2 families. Linens and towels were provided as well as detergent for the washing machine which was very convenient. We also really like that we could hear the river from the back deck. The location was close to restaurants and town as well as major attractions in the white mountains. We look forward to visiting again!

  I was so looking forward to staying at this beautiful condo with my family and our 2 friends from Spain who were visiting us. It seemed to have all the key elements, 4 bedrooms and wifi. I noticed in the description it listed 3 and 4 bedrooms, it is really a 3 bedroom. That was okay but it had no wifi, and that was a major rental point for us. With 3 teenage boys with iPods, a laptop for looking up fun things to do while in beautiful Lincoln and a new iPad to play with we had no connectio n as was stated in the description. Major disappointment! The few board games in the condo were all missing pieces and the pool stick tips were all broken. We did bring dvd's to watch at night while relaxing but the only DVD player was integrated in the TV in the smallest room in the house with the smallest TV and no comfortable chairs, and we couldn't all fit anyway. Bring your own DVD player. I hate to sound negative in this review and we did have a great time but the description on the vrbo page didn't meet our expectations (wifi,4 bdrm, working pool sticks,useable DVD). It is a beautiful condo in a great location. We bought floats and a 2 person inflatable boat and had a blast playing in the river behind the condo then relaxing in the jacuzzi. We went to the Lost River, WhalesTale waterpark and also went to Attitash for a day. We have wonderful memories of our time in the area. It would be helpful to have a folder for renters regarding where to take the trash, what the code is for the common shower, bathroom, and jacuzzi, best food shop location, how to leave the unit (strip beds, dishes in dishwasher, remove trash, etc). We would return if it had wifi as advertised.

  Owner response: The WIFI is now working and have upgraded the internet speed to Road Runner Turbo. We have now decided to make a fourth bedroom on the lower level with a very comfortable new queen bed. We have also purchased a DVD Player for the living room. There is now a total of three DVD Players, playroom, master bedroom, & Living room. We have replaced the broken board game. Also have purchased new pool stick tips & chalk. We have also placed a book with check out info & local info for our guests. Thank You.

  I just recently got back from my Ski Weekend at Loon. I was with about 10 people all in our mid twenties and we all felt comfortable here. We stayed from Thursday through Sunday. The place was great! Everything was brand new. It was a great place to come back from after a long day on the slopes. The jacuzzi was an added treat for our sore muscles. A real bonus for renting this spot is the access to the South Peak Lodge and lift. It almost felt like we were on our own personal mountain! The pool table is a little worn down but it still provided us with some entertainment. The only thing that i would say was a negative was that because the condo was so new it still needed to be be "lived in" a little. Some of the cabinets and drawers were bare. Other than that i would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay around the loon village area.
