This seven bedroom, seven bath Destiny by the Sea masterpiece is the perfect place. If you want to relax and create an unforgettable vacation, Capitano is the house you've been looking for! Destiny by the Sea's largest home is truly a unique showplace located directly on the sandy white beaches of Destin. This home is located in a private gated community and features four stories and over 8,800 square feet of exceptional living space.
Sit back and watch the dolphins and the awesome sunsets the Gulf of Mexico have to offer. This home features 7 master suites, a commercial grade elevator that runs to all 4 levels, 4 ice makers, 2 steam showers, 3 continual hot water systems, 9 fireplaces, a gulf front swimming pool and spa tub, a hot tub, along with its own private gulf access. All floors are accessible by stairs or by the private elevator.
As you enter the massive front doors you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features, including carved stone columns and a free standing hand-designed balustrade curved staircase featuring a masterfully intricate design. The glass doors and windows give you a marvelous view of the Gulf from almost every room. The travertine stone floors in the great room and dining area lead you to a chef's dream gourmet kitchen with double ovens. A two sided fireplace separates the living and dining room along with a wet bar. This floor also features an impressive laundry room and large butler's pantry, as well as a one bedroom suite. After a day of playing at the beach, you can head out the glass doors and relax and swim in the private salt-water pool with infinity edge spa tub and shooting fountains, featuring fiber optic lighting.
The second floor features four master suites with their own private bathroom, featuring hand selected marble from around the world and specially crafted fixtures, along with each suite's own fireplace and access to the covered terrace and views of the gulf. Enjoy the beautiful travertine floors with custom inlay tile.
The third floor is devoted to the Grand Master Suite, which also features a luxury private bathroom with jetted spa tub and private shower, a two sided fireplace with a separate sitting room with flat screen television, and a wet bar along with access to the private covered terrace overlooking the Gulf. This floor also features a laundry room and private office. The fourth floor features an open deck with a private hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and a relaxing sitting room with a wet bar and full bath. You can also find a king bedroom which features an amazing panoramic view of the gulf on this floor.
*An additional pool heat fee is required for use of the spa tub or to heat the pool, and pool heat activation will need to be arranged in advance of your stay.

Staying at Capitano was like a dream come true. Everything about the house is spectacular!! The kitchen and its appliances are first class, the whole first floor is open, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms are wonderful. The master suite has 6 window/door views of the ocean, an adjoining sitting area and office—what more could you want??? –well the bathroom is a room in itself!! There is a pool on the beach side of the house with hot tub that is perfect for days it is too windy on the beach. The lighting !! Woodworking !! TV’s in every room !!---I could go on and on--perfect spot for our Whole Family to Unite.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
