Our Florida experience was fabulous and was augmented by being at this lovely home. The place was charming and comfortable. The management was first rate and responded promptly to questions and requests. We really had a memorable experience and felt like welcomed guests and not just renters for the week. The little note left by the homeowners was a special touch. The home and furnishings were top tiers but did exhibit a little wear and aging. A big advantage is that the community and location cannot be beat. We feel that WaterColor was very picturesque and scenic and not to be outdone by SeaSide. Traveling by bike is a must to fully appreciate the community and neighboring Seaside town plaza.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
