  This condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed, comfortable (all the beds), and well-situated. Loved being able to walk to restaurants (Blue Marlin the hands down favorite), bars, and shops that were on and off the beach. Walked to the bike-rental (segway) and biked through the nature preserve. On the days it rained we enjoyed watching the storm from our screened patio and appreciated the covered parking. Owner was nice to work with and gave us great suggestions before our trip.

  We were only able to get to Bradenton Beach for a few days but we have a very enjoyable stay. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Plus it is just a short walk to great restaurants and night life. It rained one of the three we were in town, so we checked out many of the newer establishments in town as well as the cute shops on Bridge Street. Our teenagers were able to do there thing also like visit Joe's and the surf shops. We had a great time and we would love to rent this unit again.

  We LOVED our stay at this beautiful condo! We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The condo is beautiful and it was very clean. We loved being right on the beach and watching the sunsets from the deck. The only negative is that we eventually had to leave. Thanks for sharing your condo with us! Hopefully we can return sometime.

The kids could walk across the street for ice cream, sandwiches, putt putt, etc. and be safe in the round about. From what I could tell, this is the perfect location on the island. Walking distance to the best food and drink around. The beach was incredible, the sunsets amazing, the condo was the perfect size for us. 4 total, two kids one boy one girl. We will definitely be back, it is a 2 minute walk down the stairs out the garage to the beach. Perfect.
