This Lake Cliffe condo is unique in that it is two 2 bedroom units put together and the floor plan has been completely rearranged for 2120 sq. ft. of living space. It is a top floor unit on Lake Dillon with beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The views are breathtaking.
This is a 3 bedroom 4 bath unit and very spacious. The first bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with a washer & dryer in the unit. The master bedroom is to the back of the condo for privacy with a King bed, private bath, fireplace, walk-in closet and lanai that looks over the lake & mountains. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The den/office has a white leather queen hide-a-bed, chair, computer & desk and television. The living room has a large L shaped couch with seating up to 10 people comfortably.
The living room also has a wood burning fireplace. There is a lanai off the living room with seating and a WEBER gas grill with beautiful views overlooking Lake Dillon and the mountains.
The dining room and kitchen are very spacious with a large TV in the dining room. The kitchen has a little nook with a small table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
There is an outside lockable ski closet for all your ski storage needs. The entryway has a large coat closet. This unit is full of storage. There is a total of 5 televisions in this condo and many rooms to get away from the crowd. Wood is provided for the 2 fireplaces. The wi-fi internet is included in your rental rate. The telephone is for local calls only.
This is a no smoking, no pets unit. Although the owner of this condo does on occasion have her dog in this unit. If you have pet allergies I would not recommend this unit for you.

First, it has tons of space. We arrived and didn't think the description of sq ft did it justice. You walk in the front door and there is bedroom to the left with it's own bathroom. There is also a common bathroom. Turn right go about 50' down a hallway and you arrive at the master bedroom to the left along with another bedroom to the right. It worked perfect for me and my friends that have a toddler. The leather sectional, loveseat and recliner aren't up to date and yet it's comfortable. The only negative is that the heaters in each room are a little noisy. All in all, we would stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

I took my family and we had a great time. Close to skiing, stores, restaurants and everything you could possibly need. We had my daughter and son-in-law with their two children (age 4 and 10) and my 28 year old bachelor son along with my wife and I (60+). We had plenty of room in premium accommodations. With that diverse of a group we had plenty of space. We are from Alabama and this was our first Colorado winter vacation. I liked it much better than Disney World!! The bus stop for Keystone is 1/2 block away. Food store is about 2 miles. We used the grill and premium kitchen after each day on the slopes. If you want to have a winter wonderland vacation then this is the place. I called the owner to acknowledge everything was in great condition when I arrived so I know she would have been available had we needed anything-- we didn't need one thing because it was perfect!! I rent condos on the Alabama Gulf so I know quality management and these people and this unit are first class. I do not recommend it for people with disabilities since it is on the third floor and no elevator.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Thanks so much for providing such a nice condo for our family this past weekend. Everything was just lovely. The kitchen was so nice and easy to cook in. I was glad I brought extra towels, as the the washer/dryer could only handle a few at a time. If you are doing a lot of water activities, I would suggest bringing a few of your own towels. Very well represented and no issues dealing with the owner.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

This top corner unit really exceeded our expectations. The VIEWS, LOCATION, the bedrooms, the 4 bathrooms, the working computer, the stereo system, cable tv, and gourmet kitchen were the BEST. The indoor pool and 2 saunas were also a nice treat for the the family and kids. This place is right on the egde of the lake with incredible views of the mountain and lake - adjacent to a great playground for kids, bike trails for the us bikers and the marina for the boat rentals ( YOU HAVE TO RENT A BOAT AT THE ADJACENT MARINA) .The property park was also another unexpected treat for the family. I'm so glad we stayed here and we will definitely return on our next reunion. The managment was very helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. The unit was as very clean and included a washer and dryer - nice when you are traveling with kids! If it rains, you can always try the local bowling alley, and if you want a nice family meal , there are so many restaurants within walkking distance - try the Dam Brewery - great food and service. Large, spacious condo in a great location. Negative part of our review is that pets are absolutely not allowed, however the owners have a dog and there is dog hair everywhere! The management company was kind enough to come clean it up per our request, however all the dog hair should not have been there in the first place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.
Owner response: It has been posted that if allergic to dog hair not to rent this condo. The condo is in the process of a deep clean and has been rented in the past with no complaints. The hair was mostly under the couch cushions. The guests who complained said they were allergic to dog hair and stayed anyway. Must not have been too bad. Owners are allowed to have pets but guests are not allowed pets in condos per board of directors house rules. This is a very nice clean condo. We have addressed this matter with the owners and they are working with us on this matter.
