Our beautiful apartment rental in Paris combines stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and wrap-around balcony with two bedrooms and two baths. Located on the Left Bank in Paris, it is a beautiful and romantic apartment for your stay in Paris. It is 800 square feet, located on the fifth floor (with elevator) and has seven sets of French doors leading to the balcony. The view is stupendous: a straight-on view of the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars Park as well as onto the charming neighborhood below. there is also air conditioning, which is rare in Paris.

Enter our apartment and find a large antique dresser and mirror. .

The first bathroom is straight ahead, marble-tiled with bathtub/shower and sink. The two toilets are separate for extra getting-ready room.

The master bedroom is next, with a new queen-sized bed, marble fireplace and beautiful French doors which open to the balcony. There is a view of the dome of the Invalides and neighborhood below which you can enjoy with your caffe' au lait and Herald Tribune in the morning(news stand and bakery are across the street).

The bedroom has an ensuite bath with sink, bathtub/shower, and has a pair of French doors leading to the balcony and view over the rooftops; wonderful for luxuriating in a hot bath.

Next down the corridor is the second bedroom, with new, high quality twin beds and plenty of storage space from built-in cupboards. As with the master bedroom, a pair of French doors open onto the wrap-around balcony and view towards the dome of the Invalides and over the neighborhood. With balconies from each bedroom, it's no problem deciding who gets which bed!

Continue down the hall to a large kitchen with all the appliances you might need to enjoy your stay and cook gourmet meals from the many local markets: refrigerator/freezer, combination microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, washer/dryer and double sinks. We provide high quality dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, etc. for all of your cooking needs.

Now enter the piece de resistance, the living dining room. It is simply stunning; four pairs of French doors lead onto the balcony with full-on view of the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars Gardens. When night falls, it turns to magic as the Eiffel Tower has re-srung the famous Millenium lights. The amazing show comes on every hour for 10 minutes after dark. You have front row seats from the dining table! We think it is the most romantic dinner table in Paris. For children, it is an unforgettable first memory of Paris.

Furnished with antiques and modern furniture, find a sofa bed which converts to twin beds in the living area on the left. Antique commode provides extra storage and adds to the features of this beautiful apartment. There is a CD player so bring your own favorite music. Our DVD player is American standard so can bring a selection of American movies. We offer free wireless internet and a safe for your valuables.
You will have a lifetime of unforgettable memories when you stay in this apartment in Paris and we hope to see you there.

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7

When I moved to Paris, we tried many Paris neighborhoods. The 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment with balcony, view!

The Sancerre Paris vacation rental features 6 sets of French doors that open onto a wrap-around balcony with panoramic Eiffel tower views; spectacular!

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7

I was an American banker in London and met my husband Philippe, who was a cardiac surgeon in Paris. When we bought our first Paris apartment, our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business, www.Parisperfect.com, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!

    • We rented this apartment for my parents to join us for their first trip to Paris. We hope for them to share our fondness for this charming city. I don't think I could tell you how very much they enjoyed themselves. They could not get over the views of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment was perfect for us. It was bright, cheerful and the wonderful balconies. I think the choice was the right one for us. It was hard to choose! We all appreciated the welcoming greeter who answered every possible question. She was so helpful, Of cours, we already had gone over all the great pre-planning literature that had been sent. We had wonderful days of walking in the Parc Champs du Mars, along the Seine and on across the Seine for many sight-seeing adventures. We went to the local markets..how fun they were! Parents couldn't believe all the fresh produce. It meant for more home cooking than we might have planned for!We also took the buses from very convenient places nearby. We were really surprised how fast we arrived at Galeries Lafayette! We did try many area restaurants..they were wonderful. We also never missed a stop at the boulangerie. All in all the trip was more than we had hoped for. A great experience and much talk about it after returning home. We can't thank the PP staff enough...from our first call to Taryn. Madelyn, Philippe and Carolyn..you make a lot of people happy! Thank you from all the Hendricks family
