"Can't say enough about how fantastic our stay in Sancerre was. From the moment we walked in to the dining room and saw our Eiffel Tower view, we were in an absolute dreamland. The lovely people from Paris Perfect were helpful in every way, from Sam's very thorough explanation of the inner workings of the apartment, to the extremely helpful book of neighborhood suggestions for everything from cheese to dry cleaning. Many mornings we popped across the street and got coffee, croissants, and baguettes to sustain us through our days. We had picnic under the Eiffel, we strolled through the Tuileries Garden, we sat in the wine bar across the street and visited with the owner and watched people come home from work. And having that lovely apartment to come home to made everything so pleasant. Thanks, Paris Perfect, for making our dream vacation truly perfect!"

Our two sons, my husband and I could not have been happier with our lodging choice while staying in Paris. “The apartment was absolutely beautiful and location excellent. So glad I chose an apartment with air conditioning because it was 85 degrees when we arrived. We loved walking to either Metro Station and all of the wonderful restaurants just within steps of the building. Our favorite was getting up in the morning and crossing the street to get our favorite breakfast treat and fresh bread. Thank you for making our first Paris experience the best. Sure we will be back."

"I'll never forget the day nearly four years ago when I discovered ParisPerfect online. That was the beginning of a long and wonderful relationship that continues to today. Our last trip brought us to the Sancerre apartment in February. What a perfect location...three Christian Constant restaurants across the street! Plus, the Eiffel Tower in our living room every night. Perfect! The apartment, as always was beautiful and an oasis at the beginning and end of everyday. The wrap-around, floor to ceiiling windows throughout the entire living space were spectacular. We had several fun dinners that were put together during afternoon shopping trips on Rue Cler (one of our favorite parts of the neighborhood). This was our third stay in a ParisPerfect apartment, and we will be back again this summer with our two, teenage daughters. Every trip has been amazing. We will NEVER stay in a hotel again. Thanks for always making each trip a delight. On a side note, we are also staying at an ItalyPerfect apartment in Florence this summer. We look forward to experiencing the same quality there. "We were extremely pleased with our apartment. It was exactly as advertised, with an excellent location. It was very well equipped, down to shampoo, kleenex, kitchen condiments,and cleaning materials. There was a nice welcome basket to get us started, and having free calling to the United States was an added benefit. The information provided about the neighborhood was very helpful. We would not only return to Sancerre, but would highly recommend Paris Perfect to anyone planning a stay there. "

This was my third trip to Paris with ParisPerfect.com. where Madelyn Willams creates the most beautiful, homey apartments. I always feel pampered and thoughtfully cared for, as my every need has been anticipated and tended to. These apartments are like a home away from home for me. And the 7th Arr. is the very best! I recommend this option most highly to anyone who wants to feel like a Parisian while visiting this beautiful city.

“Our family of three stayed in the Sancere apartment for a week. The apartment is lovely and comfortable and full of light, with a wrap around small balcony and killer views of the Eiffel Tower. The location is fantastic - it is an easy walk to the Seine and to the Eiffel Tower. But the best part is the neighbourhood - there are bakeries and other food all shops within a couple of blocks - and Rue Cler is about four blocks away. Many good restaurants and cafes also. And you really feel like you are in Paris - living as Parisans do (although you do hear a lot of english being spoken because there are a lot of tourists in the area, and many of the shopkeepers and restaurants waiters spoke English). The only drawback was street noise from cars as the apartment on one side overlooks an intersection and also noise from the cafe at the corner sometimes."

“The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the best of both worlds -- modern kitchen and baths yet 18th century charm. We had the French doors open whenever we were in the apartment and the fresh air and views were fantastic! The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood with everything you need nearby and we took the Metro everywhere we went. We loved living like Parisians, if only for a week! This is the first time we've rented an apartment in Europe and our experience with Paris Pefect was top notch and we would strongly recommend them (thank you Rick Steves for recommending them in your book). It is the ultimate way to visit Paris."

"Sancerre is a beautiful, comfortable apartment with all the amenities one could want and an exquisite view of the Eiffel Tower. “Paris Perfect made PARIS PERFECT! This apt. was situated in the perfect location.....we could watch the Eiffel Tower Lights from a block away. Decorated to perfection with lovely fabrics and furniture. The master bed was extremely comfortable....important after walking miles on end. The Paris Perfect team made visiting their city easy. Just a short note of thanks to take such good care of us. Our 10 days stay in your apartment was again most enjoyable and pleasant. Like being at home but in Paris.The apartment was very nicely furnished and nothing was missing. The 7th arrondissement is a great location in Paris, not only close to the Eiffel Tower but it is very residential with many small but excellent restaurants, yet in the middle of Paris. If one likes to stay at home, cook and eat there, no problem: excellent butchers, bakeries, and grocers, cheese shops, a fishmonger are just around the corner. Three markets, open on different days of the week, are all in walking distance. Just great, convenient and very interesting. And the Parisians are always very friendly and helpful...We certainly will be back. A bientôt”

We had the pleasure of staying in the Sancerre Apartment in late June of this year. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. This was my 4th visit to Paris and we have rented an apartment each time in a different arrondissement. This time we were in the 7th and think the neighborhood was the best. Everything you need is right there and you have many choices. When we rent an apartment it must have a balcony and an elevator and this apartment was no exception. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our own private balcony was breathtaking. The public transportation was close by aswell as a taxi stand. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I would recommend to anyone to rent an apartment instead of booking a hotel room and recommend Paris Perfect without hesitation.”Pat Stucke - Daphne Al - September 2009

The Best Trip Ever. It was scary to think of coming to a completely foreign country for the first time, but the staff at Paris Perfect made the transition so much easier. Everyone was so helpful, from the information booklet to Christine at the office when we arrived very early in the morning...exhausted, and with all our luggage! The apartment was so beautifully appointed, those heating racks in each bathroom were so useful, the espresso maker in the kitchen quite a treat, the starter food items left for us in the basket were so thoughtful! All those extra touches like the colorful flowers on the table upon our arrival---they were truly like a ray of sunshine. The balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower was perfect!! All in all-- Paris was INCREDIBLE. We found the people to be very polite and helpful and we tried extra hard to extend every courtesy to them as we explored the beautiful city. By the end of our ten day trip, we felt right at home and didn't want to leave. I have recommended Paris Perfect to many people upon our return to the States; it truly was our best vacation ever...but more than a "vacation"-- it felt like one of those special moments in our lives that will be with us always. “We stayed in the Sancerre apartment in May 2009 and had one of the best vacations ever! The view of the Eiffel Tower was fantastic; the location was perfect; and the apartment made us feel like true Parisians if only for a week.There is the BEST restaurant down the street - I think the name was Cafe Constant. The menu was reasonably priced and the food was wonderful!! It is one of ParisPerfect's Top 5 recommendations. And, I am still craving the chocolate croissants from the bakery across the street. We highly recommend an American tour guide named Michael we found from ParisPerfect. His knowledge of the area and the history of Italy and its artists as well as out of the way places not listed in the tour books made our day with him truly special. His prices are also very reasonable. We wished we had hired him for more than one day. A friend recommended ParisPerfect to us and we will definitely contact them on our next visit to Paris. The apartment was great. It was not only less expensive than a hotel (no hidden costs for taxes, phone, internet, etc), it was much larger & cozier than most hotel rooms in Paris . We had a grocery store right across the street where we could buy drinks & snacks cheap. I can't wait to go back!!! Once again our stay was wonderful and the Sancerre apartment is very beautiful. It is perfect for getting to the park and we enjoyed the neighborhood, as in previous visits. It's especially fun on the Fourteenth - if you like to be 'where the action is'. We found new shops to explore and tried a few more of your recommended restaurants, all enjoyed by both us and our Parisian friends.We've already rebooked for next year and hope to be "regulars" with ParisPerfect. We rented this apartment for my parents to join us for their first trip to Paris. We hope for them to share our fondness for this charming city. I don't think I could tell you how very much they enjoyed themselves. They could not get over the views of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment was perfect for us. It was bright, cheerful and the wonderful balconies. I think the choice was the right one for us. It was hard to choose! We all appreciated the welcoming greeter who answered every possible question. She was so helpful, Of cours, we already had gone over all the great pre-planning literature that had been sent. We had wonderful days of walking in the Parc Champs du Mars, along the Seine and on across the Seine for many sight-seeing adventures. We went to the local markets..how fun they were! Parents couldn't believe all the fresh produce. It meant for more home cooking than we might have planned for!We also took the buses from very convenient places nearby. We were really surprised how fast we arrived at Galeries Lafayette! We did try many area restaurants..they were wonderful. We also never missed a stop at the boulangerie. All in all the trip was more than we had hoped for. A great experience and much talk about it after returning home. We can't thank the PP staff enough...from our first call to Taryn. Madelyn, Philippe and Carolyn..you make a lot of people happy! Thank you from all the Hendricks family
