Beautiful fifth floor one bedroom condo with hallway bunks in the Island Princess on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Within two miles there are multiple activities and restaurants to include the fishing pier, Gulfarium, boardwalk, golf, waterpark and much more. Unit has balcony view of Gulf and Bay. Sleeps six with hallway bunks. Queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Condo has been rated a Platinum unit by three management companies. Immaculately decorated with crown molding throughout. Tropical palms, monkeys, elephants and tiger themes. This is not your usual rental condo. Very comfortable - nicer than any hotel in the area. Our furniture will spoil you. Great furniture on balcony - with lounge, dining table and four chairs.
Unit is fully equipped with all luxuries for home and more! Kitchen has corian countertops, side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, built in microwave, dishwasher, and range. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary dishware, cookware and utensils and more.
Complex is a favorite of many visitors who come back to visit each year! Unit is stocked with beach towels and built in hair dryers. We have gone the extra mile to welcome you to our piece of paradise! Our building sits right on the gulf. Wonderful Pool with large deck and boardwalk to beach. Shower and restrooms located at the pool. Free beach service (umbrella and two chairs) in season only.
