What a perfect place to spend our honeymoon! We wanted a quiet place to relax for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The condo was very quiet (I don't think we heard a single car, barking dog, neighbors TV, etc), and the kitchen/living room was very well appointed. I honestly don't think we could have found a better value or location for our days in Maui. Definitely a great choice for ANY occasion.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Hawaii and spent most of our time in Maui. Our villa had everything we needed and we were able to get around very easily when it came to errands and activities.Villa had flat screen TV, ceiling fans, awesome patio and a washer and dryer. It was perfect for 2 people but very spacious. Our villa was contemporary and well kept. The area had many choices from high end shopping and dining to simple local restaurants and shops. The island has so many things to do and the beaches were within walking distance or a 10 minute drive. We always felt safe, except the Highway to Hana, which makes the Austrian Alps seem like a Sunday drive. Snorkeling is awesome and make sure you try the Maui Gold Pineapple.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was wonderfully decorated and well stocked with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The condo was clean and very close to amenities. This was our second time to Wailea and this condo was fabulous. We would definately recommend staying here to famiy and friends. The condo owner was extremely helpful - she was quick to respond to our questions and she sent us a helpful little "to do or ideas list" before we arrived. This was great, it shared directions to get to the condo (very detailed), where grocieries were, restaurants nearby and local events/activities available. We were so thrilled to find this little gem in paradise! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

The tree top apartment is spacious and welcoming, and it has nearly everything you need to enjoy yourself while in Wailea or traveling around Maui, including beach towels and a cooler. The owners are very helpful and courteous. My wife and I bought a few days' food at the supermarket for breakfast and lunch, which we prepared in the modern kitchen that had plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and silverware. There was even a big knife that was perfect for cutting up the Maui Gold pineapple we bought. Mustering up the energy to cleaning up after ourselves (laundry, dishes) at the end was tough, but for the money we saved in breakfast, lunch, and lodging by staying here, the extra effort more than paid off. Thanks so very much!

The unit was exactly as described and was very clean and well maintained. It has everything you need for your stay; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and ice pace and the kitchen was well stocked. Condo complex is very peaceful. We enjoyed early coffee on the balcony listening and watching the birds. Very short walk to the paths and beaches where we loved our morning runs. We walked everywhere in the south; to dinner, to beaches, to snorkeling, to shops. We toured the complete island by car but of all the places we visited we loved Wailea the most.

This property is fabulous and is cared for with a lot of aloha spirit. The location is lovely and quiet and exactly as described. I can't say enough about the owner she went above and beyond what I expected. Most of our communication was via email and she always answered immediately. She not only helped me with condo questions but also questions in generally about the island. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. In fact I did just that the day after we got back from the mainland.

The Treetop Apartment really felt like a home away from home and somewhere we could relax and "just be" after all the craziness of planning and executing our wedding. It was perfect in that it is far enough away from the resorts to be quiet and calm, but close enough that we could have walked to the beach and restaurants. The condo was as nice as advertised, maybe even more so, with a modern feel. The grounds are beatifully maintained, the bed and sheets were very comfortable (something that if lacking can put a damper on any trip) and the kitchen was well equipped and large enough that my husband and I could comfortably cook together. We appreciated the beach gear provided and the helpful tips on local restaurants and activities. In addition to our extreme satisfaction with the unit itself, the employees at the gate house and grounds crew were friendly and helpful. We also stayed one night in a cottage in Hana and two nights at a resort in Kaanapali and this rental was definitely our favorite. We would be happy to recommend this unit to anyone visiting Maui. Hopefully we will make it back there ourselves.

This condo rental is perfect for 2. We were able to save a couple bucks on the dining, by eating in. We also were provided with some great local tips for adventure from the owners and previous guests...by reading the guest book. We just had a great time with most everything provided in the condo. Very comfortable unit and beautifully decorated.....thank you for helping make our vacation the best ever!!

My husband & I recently stayed at the Tree Top apartment in Wailea for 5 nights and had a wonderful time there. We were so impressed at how Gail thought of everything one would need for such a stay - beach towels, beach chairs, coffee maker, food storage items in the kitchen and even a boogie board. The condo is in a pretty large complex but is situated on a corner so that when you're inside, you don't have the sense of being around a lot of people. The lanai off the back is quite peaceful - my husband is an early riser and loved sitting out there with a cup of coffee. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained - beautiful kitchen we'd like to have at home! For the price, it was a great value and just a short car-ride to any of the beautiful beaches (really too far to walk unless you plan to bring nothing with you, but we had no problem finding parking and think the beaches in Wailea were the most beautiful on Maui (and we did drive up to the west just to check it out.) We would highly recommend the Tree Top apartment!!! (and we plan to go back soon)...
