We are a 3 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and markets of Dizingoff Circle and 6 minutes to the beach.
This newly renovated penthouse apartment is the only apartment on the roof of an International Style (Bauhouse) 4 story walk up building. The results are spectacular cityscape views from both rooms and the large walk out deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed with orthopedic mattress, a full wall closet, a reading chair and table, wall length windows and an en-suite 3 piece shower-bathroom. The hallway contains a second 2 piece bathroom. The open concept living room - dining area contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining table (seats 6) with four chairs plus additional folding chairs, a fold out sofa-double bed. A single mattress or a cot can be made available. Both rooms have excellent cross ventilation from the many windows and also have Air Conditioners. Walk out to a spacious wooden deck with a deck table, four chairs and a sun umbrella for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

Within walking distance of 30 minutes: Carmel Open Market and craft fair, Tel Aviv museum of Art, Cinematheque, the Florentine neighborhood and Sheinkin hipster stores.

The location of the apartment is really great: walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and all main Tel Aviv attractions but far enough from the construction zones to make your stay comfortable and peaceful. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful (he even ordered a taxi for us when we were departing) and the caretaker is very friendly. We stayed there with our 3 year old twins and all had a great time.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this apartment for five weeks and loved it. The location cannot be beat and the apartment is clean, full of light, airy, compact and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the rooftop deck was a wonderful place to sit almost any time of the day or evening. The apartment caretaker is lovely and the owner is friendly, helpful, and easy to contact. You can walk almost anywhere in Tel Aviv from this apartment and the beach is very close. A bright spacious modern well located air conditioned flat with a large terrace and all facilities in the centre of Tel Aviv. Cafes museums restaurants shops the beach and Yaffo are all within walking distance, location could not be better. We thoroughly enjoyed it and plan to stay there again as long as we feel fit to manage the stairs, (we are in our 60s). The flat is on the fourth floor and no lift. It is not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Perfect Tel Aviv stay for couple or small family. My husband and I spent three weeks in June. Top floor decks provide city views, great breezes and opportunity for outdoor dining and relaxing al fresco. Fantastic location five minutes from beach without the traffic of beachfront locations. Beautiful, private, light and airy, completely modernized with all amenities making for a carefree vacation. (Just know that this is an older building with no elevator.) On site housekeeper/concierge is a plus as is the owner who is very accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. Hope to return asap!Recommended for: Age 55+.

There is nothing better than waking up and drinking my latte on the outdoor patio or sipping wine as the sun sets. This pad is two blocks to the Tel Aviv boardwalk on the beach and minutes from Dizengoff and a host of cafes, bars and fine dining choices. It is walking distance to the Carmel market, the artists Nahalat Binyamin market and Yaffa. Bus and taxi service is minutes from the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking but there are so many great dining choices around, we never cooked. The apartment is furnished upscale chic and makes this place a perfect romantic getaway.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I can't imagine a better location for a stay in Tel Aviv. Close to shops, restaurants, the beach, and food stores for those who want to eat in. The apartment is clean, bright and convenient with everything one needs... not to mention a spectacular view. And a very comfortable bed... The owner is a gold mine of information as well. About the owner: We liked visiting Israel so much, we moved here with our family! This building has been in our family since my grandfather built it and on the original maps of Tel Aviv from the 30's our street was the last street before the beach.
