What a fantastic home! We just returned from visiting a relative in South Carolina and three siblings and our families used this home instead of a hotel. There were nine of us in all and still plenty of room for more. Being steps away from the beach and laying by the pool to soak up some late december rays helped us pretend it was summer and helped convince us we need to return during warmer weather to use the pool and swim in the ocean, although our kids did take a Polar Plunge in the pool just for fun! Thanks for a great trip Rob!!! Would recommend this gem to anyone!!

This was my family's first time at this rental property and I must say that it was an awesome vacation experience! What a lovely home and the beach front ocean views were the best!! Everyone in our family from the kids to the adults enjoyed their stay to the fullest. The listing was right on point and the photos were on target too. All the local attractions that we were interested in were well within a reasonable distance. Although just staying in this home and relaxing at the pool/beach is about all you really needed for a very memorable vacation! The home is immaculate even though there were some very minor home maintenance issues that needed some attention that I relayed to the owner, Rob. BUT believe me, those issues will certainly not deter us from renting this property again and I will definitely recommend renting this property to family, friends and co-workers. Rob was also very helpful throughout the whole rental process and was especially timely in answering any of my questions. Thank you again Rob for allowing others to enjoy your lovely vacation home!

A Jewel in Surfside

We have been renting this property for the past 6 years. It is such a perfect rental for us that we have had no desire to look else where. The home is beautiful and well kept. It has all the amenities you would desire and the location is perfect. It is near many of the attractions (minutes away) but far enough to provide a very relaxing atmosphere. Some of the local attractions are a leisurely stroll down the beach or a casual walk down the side walk. It would not be easy to find a better vacation rental.

Web discription was dead on!! The property was clean and comfortable. You only need a change of clothes a toothbush and a few groceries..and you can say welcome home. The owner is a jewel..he called me once during the stay to talk to me about the noise level..he was extremely cordial and understanding. He responded to all my email questions and concerns promptly. The home is close to stores water park and flea market..myrtle beach only a few minutes up the highway. The pool..is picture perfect. When I saw the pictures I thought the perfectly placed sunset was a stretch...well I was wrong. It's the real deal and I have my very own pictures to prove it..I have already recommended this home to my family for our 2nd annual mothers & daughters weekend getaway!! My husband and I also intend to use this property again for our vacation in the very near future. Thanks guys..cause there is no place like "home-away" from Home!

Rob, My wife, 2 kids and my parents absolutely loved the beach house. It was in a perfect location, quiet and the house itself was awesome. We have traveled to Myrtle Beach quite often and stayed at resorts but I can say we will never be staying at a resort again. This was the best, most relaxing vacation that we have experienced, in most part because of the beach house. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and we will be staying here again. Amazing Home!

We just returned from a two week stay at this wonderful home. This is one of the best vacations we have experienced. The home was beautiful! The description is accurate but the listing photos do not do it justice! The pool was very nice although the heater was broken, however it did not prevent us from enjoying it. There were a few maintenance issues such as light bulbs being burnt out, however the property manager was very helpful and replaced them for us. They even got us a new propane tank for the grill. The only negative we saw was the fencing at the pool area needs some TLC. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again and are currently deciding when we could come back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful, well-maintained home. The property is very clean and convenient to our favorite restaurants at Surfside Beach. It rained quite a bit during the week we were there, but we enjoyed our oceanfront view from the porches and just relaxed and visited with our family. We liked this home so much that we plan to rent again next year and I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a great oceanfront experience. Thanks to the owners. Our family returned from a wonderful vacation at this incredible beach house....certainly one of the nicest I've ever had the pleasure to rent. The listing description was accurate--if somewhat understated. It was better when we arrived than we had even expected from the photos. It was very clean when we arrived--even smelled great. The owner was very helpful with all questions we had -- he was great to work with. The pool was spotless and was cleaned three times during our week long stay. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a great hassle-free time at the beach!

We have been renting for 5 years now and have always had a great experience! Location is fabulous- pool is perfect! Great space for our extended family and always well equiped. There are a few items that may need attention in the near future (grill, garbage disposal, fans rattle in rooms. We are looking forward to next year's trip already!

We Had a wonderful vacation. The ocean is your front yard. It is a great place to relax and everything you need is already there. This was my 3rd time staying here and each year it gets better. It is just minutes from anywhere you want to go. We can't wait to go back again.

Hi everyone, My friends and I had the distinct pleasure of staying in this beauiful and serine property last October of 2009. The area is without a doubt one of the most beautiful areas with a community who takes great pride in caring for their properties. This beach house and it's view is just breathe taking. It was wonderful to get up in the morning to the sound of the ocean and walk right onto the beach. This house has everyting you could possibly want from grills to bbq, the pool which is also heated if needed. This house was clean and decorated in such a welcoming and comfortable manner. I couldn't possibly sing enough praises of this house, the area, the people, and the owner of this property who was so kind to allow us our week of paradise. I can't wait to go back and fall into paradise!!!!! This was one of the best vacations I had in years.. Thanks again !!!

i have stayed at this house for 5 yrs in a row. 1 time in the fall and 4 times in the spring around may. the house is always in wonderful condition. you can't ask for more few steps to the pool few more steps to the beach just a complete pleasure great time from ue nyc.

Amazing house! My family and I had the most amazing time. The Beach for me and the pool for my sister and her little girls. Sitting on the private balcony off the master bedroom as the sun came up over the Atlantic was a vacation memory I will cherish for a lifetime. We cooked most of our meals at home (cutting costs dramaticly). The kitchen was fully stocked and we did a lot of BBQing. This house is an amazing find in one of the most beautiful area's of the United States. I only wish I could live there all year round!

I don't know where to begin, everything was great and then some. We have a great time in the pool, on the beach. Shopping is close by for the entire family.The kids love the house,pool and beach and all the surrondings.Would I do it again in a Heart Beat. I'm looking forward to next year.
