There are ceiling fans throughout the unit and the eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with built in microwave, dishwasher, laundry area and breakfast bar.
Enjoy the heated pools/spas and gas grills which are very close to the unit, along with several tennis courts. A $300 transfer fee (with cart fees only) provides you with two memberships with unlimited golf and access to the private golf club/restaurant.
