  We loved the condo. It was even nicer then the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was well maintained. We enjoyed the bikes and took several tours around the island. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. I would recommend this property and hope to get a chance in the future to return.

  This was our second trip to Harbor Island, but our first stay in this condo. It was just right for our family of 5. The walk to the beach was short and the kids loved the grassy area off the back deck. They caught tons of toads out there at night! We love this community and can't wait to plan our trip for next summer. We definitely will be back to stay here!

  The place is beautiful and we had plenty of room for 5. We enjoyed the beach and fishing.We also liked it being ground floor. We do plan to return. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your Villa.

  This villa was exactly what we needed to enjoy our short vacation to the coast. We were never in need of anything. With this being our first stay at a condo, we were very well pleased. Very spacious and nicely decorated.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  This is the third time our family has used 28374 and each time seems a bit better than the last, a little more like "home". The location is perfect for us, as we spend most of every day on the beach and the ground floor/corner combination adds to the ideal nature of the property. The photos don't fully capture the charm nor the layout, it is actually better than you would think from seeing the photos. Perfect for four adults, not sure how it would work if there were children in the mix. It was clean and quiet (the upstairs neighbors were not noticeable) and the A/C kept us happy any time we were not soaking up the sun. Bottom line is that we highly recommend this rental to anyone with a small group. The owners are gracious and accomodating and we Will Be Back!

  We have stayed at "Cottage by the Sea" for the past five years. Each time our reservation and scheduling of our stay has been a seamless process. As you can see from the photos, the condo is immaculately cleaned and well appointed with every convenience of home. We especially love the natural setting of Harbor Island's beach and marsh. The three swimming pools are convenient to the condo and what better way to see the island than a bike ride using the bikes under the deck. Each time we visit we are sure to go to nearby Hunting Island, sightseeing and shopping in downtown Beaufort and local restaurants such as Johnson Creek Tavern, Dockside (Port Royal location) and Steamers. Most importantly we love this place because it is perfect to spend time relaxing at the beach, pool and the covered back deck. As much as we would like to keep it our personal secret, we have recommended it to several people including family and friends.

  My husband and I stayed in this condo on Harbor Island and would definitely recommend it! It was clean and comfortable and the owner was friendly and easy to deal with. This was our first time on Harbor although we had stayed in the area before so were familiar with places to eat, etc. Having the bikes with the rental was perfect as we rode around Harbor and also to Hunting Island which is near\by. Beaufort isn't far and there are fun shops on the road between there and Harbor. Don't miss The Shrimp Shack for lunch!! Lots of other good places to eat nearby and in Beaufort also.

  My family and I stayed here for part of our Spring Break. We have stayed at Harbor Island before but this was our first time in this condo. It was great!!! It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were wonderful to deal with. My kids loved the pool which is right off the back porch. And of course it is a short walk to the beach. Since it is a one bedroom, my children slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room which worked out well. We could not have asked for a better stay for our Spring Break.

Cancellation policy:

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT  This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between BRIAN FOX,  (“Homeowner”) and, (“Guest”). For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:   The property is located at:  CEDAR REEF VILLA, E- 108 HARBOR ISLAND, SC. 29920   RENTAL RULES: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall enforce all members of the rental party and anyone else on the property to abide by the rules at all times while at the property. 1. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. 2.  Rental Party:  The rental party shall consist of the agreed number guests in the inquiry. People other than those in the Guest party set froth above may not stay overnight in the property.  Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of “Guest”. 3.  Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 5  persons. 4. Term of the Lease.  The lease begins at 4:00 p.m. the “Check-in Date” and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the “Checkout Date”.  5.  Minimum Stay:  This property requires a 5 night minimum stay during the “summer season”. 6.  Cancellation Policy:  If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the  deposit will be refunded as follows:  > 30 days cancel = deposit refunded - $40.00 < 30 days cancel & re-rented = deposited refunded - $40.00 fee < 30 days cancel and not re-rented = no deposit refund. < 72 hours or No Show  = no deposit refund.  7. Pets are NOT allowed.  8. Only use appliances and furnishings for their intended uses. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 9. PARKING:  Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times.  Failure to do so may result in the towing of vehicle at the renter’s expense.  Parking rules are in forced by the Harbor Island Security Services and tickets are issued for violations. 10. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service.  If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.   While linens and towels are provided, we ask you bring your own beach towels.  We do not permit towels or linens to be taken to pool or beach. The property is furnished and includes:   Full working kitchen; clothes washer & dryer; iron & ironing board; shower & tub; hair dryer;linens(for indoor use only)TV's X 2; DVD; IPOD docking station; WiFi. Starter supply of:  bath and hand soaps; dish soap; paper towels; toilet tissue. There are 2 adult beach cruiser style bikes under the deck, (tire pump in hall closet). *All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.  The “Homeowners” are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.  By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
