Beautiful four bedroom air conditioned/heated home on two acres of gradually sloping wooded lakefront property. Sleeps 8 people with two queen, one double, and two single beds in four upstairs bedrooms. Tenants are responsible for bath linens and consumable supplies. Optional linen services, and optional boat rental are available thru third parties. This is a great place to vacation! The dock is a great place to enjoy breakfasts and sunsets…the rocking chairs are a great place to catch up on your reading…this is a comfortable, well supplied house with a nice big yard. With our rental boat we enjoyed riding around and tubing on the beautiful lake. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+.

Folks....give this place a second look. It is by far second to none. Great views, house is impeccable, waterfront is outstanding....wooded...easy to find, gentle slope to lake, private, great neighbors, etc.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed your lovely house. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils, etc. your never know what you are going to get with a rental but your house was a pleasant surprise. Your well appointed home was a delight to stay in. The weather cooperated beautifully. And it was great fun tooling around a virtually empty lake. Home is located on two acres of gradually sloping wooded lakefront property facing West toward the lake, with about 300 feet of waterfront.
We are located on the private side of Lake Anna which has considerably less water traffic than the public side.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
Wonderful enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the dock, and watching the sunset or stars at night. If you are renting our house - fishing is allowed off our dock without a fishing license.
Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Both sunny and shady spots are available.
