Security Deposit of $2500 due in advance of rental, your dates will be held

The home is walking distance to The Lodge at Pebble Beach and the Lone Cypress, yet is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic and plenty of privacy for relaxing. The sweeping ocean views are wonderful, yet the home is also cozy and perfect for relaxing inside. Sheltered gardens and a patio complete the unique setting.

We rented the house for a family Thanksgiving and it worked out great. House is even better than it looks on the video. It is immaculately cared for and has terrific water and sunset views. The sunrise view from the MBR is fantastic. House was well equipped even for a Thanksgiving dinner, and the dining table seats 6 and could be squeezed to 8 by adding a card table from the living room. The locatoin in Pebble is excellent, but you probably need a car; the Lodge at Pebble is about a 15 minute walk. Owers were really nice and live locally so if there was an issue (we didn't have one) they are right up the street. They also left fresh flowers in the house, which was a nice touch. Would stay again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I rented this house last year and liked it so much that we are renting it again this year. It is a lovely home --very well-appointed and immaculately maintained. The view of the ocean from the back deck is wonderful and the flow of the rooms, including the outdoor area, are perfect for entertaining. We hope to vacation at this home for many years.

We were delighted that this beautiful home was available for our family reunion/vacation. We were impressed with the spaciousness of the house, which easily accommodated six adults and one child, as well as with the decor, cleanliness, fully functional appliances and especially the stunning views. We enjoyed frequent trips to Carmel and the beautiful beach there, walks on the 17 mile drive and the many attractions in Monterey. The fireplace in particular was a favorite gathering place each evening for sharing our adventures of the day. It is truly a lovely, inviting house in a breathtaking location.

we had the privilege of renting this beautiful home for the week surrounding our wedding in october 2004. no place on the planet could have provided a more serene and breathtaking environment to get away from the "pre-wedding crazies" and the owners were kind enough to allow us to hold our reception there as well. the pictures do not do it justice--you just can't describe in words or photos the beauty of the house and surrounding forest. we had a lovely time and look forward to returning for our 5 year anniversary!
