Located on the top (fifth) floor on the corner closest to the parking area, our home has 4 spacious bedrooms with garden tubs in 3 of the four bathrooms, private covered parking and a large boat slip. The flowing floor plan with angled walls makes the 2000-plus square feet feel more like a home, instead of a typical boxy condo. We are setting up this unit to live in full time in the near future, so it is better furnished than most rental units and we are constantly improving it. In fact, we recently upgraded the kitchen cabinets (see the photo).
Our favorite thing about this unit are the 2 balconies. One is one the Gulf side and one is on the bay side. 3 of the bedrooms have sliding doors directly onto the balconies, and the master suite has sliding doors to both balconies. The Gulf side balcony is L-shaped & roomy, allowing you to see both the Gulf and Perdido Pass. The bay side balcony is simply enormous! Because the bay side balcony is on 3 different angles, we have an outside living room, a separate seating area directly out of the living room, a lounge chair/layout area, and an outside dining area that seats 6 that is accessible through additional sliding doors off of the indoor dining area. We love sitting out on the bay side balcony in the morning watching the boats go in and out, and we often see dolphins right up against the bank trapping schools of fish to either side of our docks.
We have beach access directly across the street (see the photo). We also enjoy walking to the restaurants nearby at San Roc Cay when we just don't feel like driving. And if you like to bicycle, you can rack your bike in the covered parking area (near your private parking spot!) and can ride in the bike lanes up and down Perdido Key drive. In fact, a Publix grocery store is just a short ride down the street!

We stayed here for the month of Feb and loved this place. This condo is extremely spacious and well maintained. It was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The owner provided many helpful tips for enjoying the local area. The views from the balcony are so beautiful that I found myself getting up early most mornings to enjoy them with my coffee. And the kitchen was fabulous, including any appliance or utensil you might need. The location is perfect. We would love to come back again. If you go be sure to check out Doc's Seafood and The Shrimp Basket (recommended by owner too) and if you like oysters - Wintzell's Oyster House is fantastic!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our experience with this condo and the owner was fantastic. 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 "tween" spent 5 nights and really wished we could have stayed longer. The description in the listing was exactly what we found when we walked in the door. The accomodations are superb and everyone had room to relax without bumping into each other. The condo feels more like a home than a condo - this is not your typical dark and boxy condo. The view is amazing from any of the decks on 3 sides of the condo. We saw dophins every morning while eating breakfast on the deck. The owner had many good tips about things to do in the area, restaurants to try and things to see. Any questions or concerns we had were handled quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this property and we can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

I don’t think I have ever rented a place (condo or house) or even owned for that matter, that was everything I hoped for. I usually take my own cutlery and pans because I love to cook and rented units usually have just the basics. Not your place. I never even got out my own things. You had it all and more. Here is the more: 1. A bed so comfortable in the master bedroom that I wrote down the manufacturer so I could buy one like it for my own. 2. Balconies and views any time day or night and all the seating areas you need for savoring these views. 3. So much room that 6 adults and 6 children never ran into each other. 4. Top of the line appliances, plus the wonderful ice maker. Most rental places don’t have full washers and dryers either. 5. So close to places to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner that we didn’t get in a car for two days. Shopping too. 6. The kids spent a lot of time in the water. They loved being able to go from warm water in the spa to the cool water in the outdoor pool. They also spent a lot of time in the ankle deep Pass water catching hermit crabs. 7. We cooked on the outside grill at least 5 times. The older guys spent a lot of bonding time in that spot. 8. The kids were so caught up with catching hermit crabs that we didn’t get to the beach but twice. But the drive to the public beach over the bridge is just a hop, skip and a jump. Once you have parked your car, you can be sitting on the beach in less than 5 minutes. It was never crowded and it was Memorial weekend. 9. The furnishings inside are perfect. Classy but practical and very comfortable. I love all your wall art. Especially the Mermaid. I could go on and on about your condo, but I’m sure you know how wonderful it is. Thank you for allowing us to spend some family time there. It will certainly be a memory all of us will remember fondly and forever. My 60th Birthday couldn’t have been better. We’ll be back.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 5/5

Why the Owner Chose Mariner Pass:
The combination of the views from the two balconies, the size of the balconies and the flowing layout make this unit truly special. And we love being only two to three minutes from Perdido Pass, so we can get out to fishing and diving sites quickly. Plus, our large boat slip makes it easy to dock our boat.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have the highest vantage point for watching the dolphins, which are regularly enjoyed right in front of our bayside balcony.
