  This place is a it of heavens. Earth. The owners were thorough and accommodating. The house was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. One of beds was hard but the sofa sleeper was more comfortable. Lots of amenities in a delightful gated community....beautiful beach. Convenient to food, bikes, etc. thanks Pat for allowing us to stay here.

  We loved our stay at Little Reata. The house was updated and clean, and we had everything that we needed from towels, to dishes, to movies, linens, etc. The gated community was very nice because my six and seven year olds could ride their bikes within the community and I did not have to worry. The pool was warm (cool spring break) and overlooked the beach which made for a very easy transition from beach to pool to beach etc., and it was a very easy close walk from the home. We would definitely recommend and return for another stay! The homeowners were great and mailed/e-mailed us all of the information we needed way ahead of time. Great place!!

  Little Reata is a very clean upscale home. Stainless steel appliances, granite,etc. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The details set this home apart: luggage racks, DVD library, beach towels, beach toys, chairs. Lovely decor and the couch bed was comfortable according to my 11 year old. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a bed with a softer mattress and the other bedroom has a bed that is more firm. So most everyone would find a bed they like. Short walk to heated pool that was actually warm enough to swim. And then to come back and warm up in front of the fireplace,wow! Love being close to beach so if you forget something just walk back to house and get it! Security guards are nice and helpful. This is a perfect rental for a family.

  My wife and I stayed here with our 3 year old two years ago. The next year we came back and had to stay in another house in this community since Little Reata was not available for the dates we chose. Man I miss Reata. The house is perfect. We rented bikes over the phone on the drive down and the company we rented from met us there as we pulled in. We never got back in the truck for a week. We rode down to Alys beach a few mornings for breakfast, Rosemary for breakfast and dinners, and rode bikes to Seaside too. The house is PERFECT! We hope to stay here again. Now we have two boys but the house offers plenty of room for the 4 of us. I highly suggest Little Reata. Owners are magnificent, and no I do not know the owner and was not paid for this, lol. We just really enjoyed the home and this area.

  What I nice place for vacations. The house was impeccable. If you are looking for a place to relax, stop looking you already found it. If you don't want to drive, you can walk to restaurants, coffees and shops. And if you like to cook like me, you will everything that you need to do it thereWe will return for sure. Advice if you are cooking, it is no need to take all the food with you from your home, it is a Publix just 3 miles away and a fresh fish market at 8 miles away. You won't be disappointment. Enjoy!!!!!!

  This was the first time my kids have even seen the beach, and my family had not been on a vacation in quite a while, so I was very thorough in finding the right place - and I did! We loved our stay! Both the villa and the location were perfect. We even had access to a pool, which the kids used immediately after the beach. It was great to be so close to the water, as well as within walking distance to local shops. We also loved the whole Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys beach area (which, by the way, is all within walking distance). Little Reata was the perfect sanctuary for my family of four - all the amenities of home - and the whole reservation process was easy. Thanks for a great time!

  My husband and I just discovered Seacrest Beach a year ago, we visit now 3-4 times a year. Little Reata was just perfect, beautifully decorated and the owners were wonderful to work with. This home is close to the beach, only a few steps away, can walk to restaurants nearby and walk to Rosemary Beach that is close by as well. This home has every thing you could need, very comfortable. We will return to this lovely house.

  From the moment we first inquired about the availability of the villa, the owners were very prompt and helpful with information. The gated community and the villa itself are both very well maintained. The house is decorated very tastefully and thoughtfully; it was very clean and had everything we needed. Exactly as pictured in the listing, too. Being able to walk right down the sidewalk to the beach was wonderful; it was easy to run back to the house to get our lunch. The beach itself couldn't have been any prettier. Even a wonderful sand bar had formed 15-20 feet from the shore - like having a little island in the ocean! Restaurants are found just a quick walk down the street and supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away. Bike rental location is about a 5-minute walk from the house, at the most. Architecture in the area is beautiful; it's fun just to walk around and see the various properties. This was our first experience with a beach area rental and we would definitely recommend the property! We hope to return next year, too!

  My husband and I were married on the beach and spent our honeymmon at 'Little Reata". Wonderful, wonderful property! Beautifully decorated with everything needed to make the stay perfect! Would highly recommend for newlyweds, families or even girl's week-end! We were very impressed with security at property and their helpfulness. Property close to everything!
