This is by far the nicest vacation home that we have stayed at in the Florida Keys. Everything is new and top of the line. This was our first time on Ramrod Key, and and it was just what we were looking for, a quiet peaceful vacation in luxurious surroundings. Although December does not always offer the best weather, we were lucky and actually used the pool twice. We especially enjoyed the spectacular sunrises from the screened in porch.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is truly the nicest house we have ever stayed at in the Keys. Everything was exactly as Rob had said it would be. His information as to what and where to do or eat was a great "hit or miss" saver. Highly recommend this house and this owner. This has been a 5 Star vacation with zero downside. Hope to do it again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for all of January 2012. We had 2 friends from Michigan come down and spend a week with us during our stay, which was great, as the house has 3 bedrooms and lots of room. This 3 year old home has everything you could ask for, including a great kitchen. We loved the beautiful ocean view, the location in the Keys, the pool and all the amenities in the home. Lots of places to eat and stuff to do within a 15 minute drive.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed here through the Christmas week with my son and friends and our granddog. It was perfect. The house was clean, beautiful and spacious with beautiful furnishings. We were really nervous about spending Christmas away from home; but Breezeswept Villa made our holiday more than enjoyable. The neighborhood was perfect and the neighbors friendly. Some of our most precious memories: Breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise and sailboats every morning is unforgettable. Our Traditional Christmas Dinner prepared in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed at the dining room table that seated all six of us made it "Home for the Holidays". The Children's Christmas Mass at St. Peters Church ln Big Pine Key. Enjoying the best pizza in the world at No Name Pub on No Name Key. Great food, fun, happy hours and we could bring our dog to Boondocks Grille and Looe Key Tiki Bar less than a mile from Breezeswept. Cookouts around the beautiful pool and fishing from the dock. As always, a few trips to Key West to enjoy Duval Street, The Conch Republic, Bagatelli's, Half Shell Raw Bar and the best Happy Hours at the little wharfside bar below the Commodore. This home is great for young, old, children and pets. Thank you for a fabulous vacation. Sally H Port Orange, Fl & Mackinaw City, MiDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

My family and friends arrived on December 22, 2011. When we arrived everything was as described. The house was clean, and everything looked as nice as the pictures. When I arrived I called Rob, the owner to let him know I arrived and he was extremely courteous and couldn't be more helpful. Our stay lasted until New Years and it was great. The home is about 24 miles from Key West and it was never any trouble to get back and forth. Also, if you have a pet, it was great for my dog. Very nice neighborhood, and lots of nice neighbors all who have pets. The pool was great and the amenites couldn't be better. I highly recommend Breezeswept. It is a great location.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here in July! We were down for mini lobster season and even our boys learned how to catch the "bugs". Rob was great to work with and the house was very nice! It had everything we wanted and made our stay very enjoyable. The weather was perfect and being right on the water we were able to take our boat right out and spend our days fishing, diving, snorkling, tubing. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. It was close enough to Key West that we took a couple trips and enjoyed the nightlife and the Butterfly Garden was great for the Kids. Looking forward to the next time we can make it down to the Keys!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

The view was excellent from Breezeswept. Never tired of looking out over the open water which provided nice breezes to keep things cool. Property has excellent amenities with ample dockage and swimming pool with plenty of storage for toys and trailers under the house. Snorkeling and kayak launching were easy off the ramp located right on the property. The boating channel is a little narrow in spots coming in - but is much easier than it looks once you get used to it and take your time. MLW seems to be about 3' or 3.5" in the access channel and 4 or 5' at the dock. I did not hit bottom. However, I would not recommend it for boats with a beam of more than 11 or 12 feet - the boat I had has a 9'9" beam. Once out to the open water the run to fuel up is quite close and also has a launch ramp and the run to the reef or Looe Key is easy with a short run through plenty of water and it is well marked. The property location is in a nice neighborhood off the beaten path - no traffic or noise. Easy access to both Key West and Marathon. The owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with as well. Enjoy!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We spent a glorious month in this lovely home in Ramrod Key. Every amenity we could hope to have was provided, and the property is in excellent shape. The owner is extremely helpful and gracious and the neighbors were friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed the ocean view from our porches, the cool breezes that kept the bugs away, and dipping in the pool after a day's fishing, diving, or snorkeling at nearby Looe Key. There are two casual restaurants close by with live entertainment and very good food. This home is our best find for a rental in the Keys.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Breezeswept Villa was a lovely spot for a quiet vacation and perfectly located to take advantage of all the Florida Keys have to offer. After spending time enjoying the hustle and bustle of Key West it was nice to retreat to the home with comfy beds and a very quiet peaceful night's rest. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch without listening to traffic or crowds and taking in the water view at all times of the day. It was well equipped and spacious with nice kitchen, fast internet service, pleny of television channels (if you have time to even watch TV!). Living spaces/furniture were very comfortable. Lots of neighborhood roads for those that jog or walk. Thanks, Rob. Would love to come again!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Best beach vacation ever. We've been to the Outerbanks several times and the Keys last year, but this was the most relaxing vacation of all. Rob is excellent to work with, very accomodating and professional. The house is even more beautiful than the photos.....clean, nicely decorated, well stocked. And the views!!!! As much as I love the sun, it was difficult to leave the screened lanai with the warm breezes and endless scenery. Cannot say enough about this place......it's location is perfect, close to Key West, but not too close. The neighborhood is wonderful, the people very friendly. Thanks Rob.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
