Bring your own boat and enjoy one of the best fishing waters of the world, the use of the private boat dock located steps away from your front door is included in your rental cost. ( The Boat dock is equipped with fresh water wash down, fish cleaning station, night lights and electricity both 110 and 220 V) .
This dock is located in a deep water canal, with easy access to the fishing grounds (both, to the bay and ocean sides). This vacation home features a utility room with washer, dryer, two freezers, bait/drinks refrigerator, and covered parking in the ground level. A spacious living room with direct views to the beach thru wall to wall view windows, modern decorated kitchen with a large refrigerator, cook top style range/oven combination, dishwasher, and microwave; plus a dining area, and a 1/2 bath, are all located in the second level. A large master bedroom w/ a 'California style' king bed, a sitting area located within the master bedroom with breathtaking and romantic views of gorgeous sunsets, a second bedroom that sleeps five, overlooking the private dock and the deep water canal and a full bathroom are all located in the third level.

We also offer an 'original' ( oil or acrylic) painting of your 'vacation memories' with us. This could be your family portrait, a fishing experience, or any other theme selected by you.

3/1/13 My wife and I stayed at the condo from Nov. 25 to Jan,31 2013, and it lived up to the photos provided. The best sunset viewing beach you will ever find, and wading and fishing on the sand bar was fantastic. The boat dock is directly in front of the driveway, and your private trailer ramp is just a few feet away. We threw some lures in the canal on the way out to the bay, and we caught spanish mackrel, and even jumped a tarpon. Great eateries are just minutes by car and shopping locally is excellent, if you don't want to hit Key West. Kayaking, boating, snorkeling, and just hanging out at the beach will make your day. The owner is extremely accomodating , and can help direct you to whatever adventure you have in mind.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a great time.... the sunsets and the private beach are fantastics. (the private beach is really private... we had it for us for most of the time.) We also went fishing with the owner and had a blast... Love it so much we are coming back next year. This condo was absolutely perfect for myself, husband, daughter and her friend! Being able to have our boat was a plus! The views are outstanding, and the surroundings are incredible! Floating on the sandbar is the best! The condo is very nice and clean, and I have already recommended it to many friends - as long as they don't use it when I want to! I will miss not being able to wake up to an absolutely beautiful view of the bay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Early this Spring, we spent a month in the Keyes in the townhome pictured above. It was a new adventure for us and our first experience being away from home for that length of time. Our vacation was even nicer than we had expected. The location is perfect for fishing, dining, bike riding, relaxing on the beach and viewing the wonderful sunsets from our private spot on the beach. The weather was consistently in the mid-70's to 80's. The photos above very accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The owner was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were so happy with our choice of this property for a month. It was quiet, wonderful private beach, the view was great and it was just an enjoyable experience. This property was exceptional. It was even more beautiful than the pix suggest. We look forward to booking next year. We went fishing with the owners and had a blast!!!! About the owner: My wife and I grew up in Florida , but we love what the Florida Keys had to offer... beautiful beaches, excellent fishing and tranquility!!. As the family grew, we found this paradise to vacation with out two boys and our dog (Bobby is a yellow lab retriever that also loves the water!!). Our two boys are now gone to college and my wife and i decided to rent our home. We hope that you and your family also enjoy this paradise and everything else that the Florida Keys has to offer, just as we did. You will want to keep coming back too!!!
