This lovely home is situated on the seventh fairway of the Dave Pelz Short Course and enjoys beautiful views of the golf course and Vail Valley beyond. Located within the Kensington Green enclave of Cordillera, it is close to the world-class Lodge and Spa at Cordillera and home to the charming Irish pub, Grouse on the Green. Cordillera is a residential gated community with three championship golf courses and a Dave Pelz Short Course.

This beautiful, two-story home features three gas log fireplaces, an extended main level deck, hot tub, two great rooms, a full wet bar adjoining the lower-level great room, and an expanded flagstone patio. The main level great room, with its vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and stone hearth, enhances the English cottage-style architecture. The large dining area, adjacent to the great room, seats eight comfortably. Off the dining room, you will find a large, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a large central island workspace, a TV, and an eating area which seats four. Completing the entry level is the master suite which features a king-size bed, TV and VCR, large private bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, twin vanities, and two walk-in closets and a small private deck.

On the lower level, you will find a spacious, casual great room equipped with TV and DVD/VCR, gas fireplace, large wet bar area with seating, laundry room, and two additional large bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full bath, and the other bedroom has two twin beds with two trundle beds and a full bath. Both rooms have walk-in closets. The lower great room and both bedrooms open up to the flagstone patio and landscaped yard.

Above the attached oversized two-car heated garage, there is a beautiful, cozy suite with a queen-size bed, sitting area, fold-out queen-size sleeper sofa, and its own private bath. This room also features its own wet bar, fireplace, TV, and excellent views of the golf course and mountains.

  • Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bohm, I truly enjoyed my stay at your beautiful home the week of February 15th. We had incredible skiing conditions and the home(outside) and golf course were blanketed with a foot a fresh snow during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the open floor plan as we entertained. We also enjoyed the views from the deck as we unwound in the hot tub after a hard day of skiing. I usually like to stay at the Ritz or similar quality hotels on vacations,and your beautiful home and surroundings had the same feel with a lot more privacy. We had such a great time we are hoping to make a visit this summer to try out the golf courses! We'll be talking with you soon. regards, Damon
