Savor the sun and island lifestyle from our spacious 2 bedroom townhouse located in the gated resort community of Wild Dunes, at the northern end of Isle of Palms. Our rental is just steps from the tennis center, Harbor Golf Course, and a Junior Olympic size swimming pool (heated seasonally), and yet we are close enough to walk or ride our bikes out to the beach, Grand Pavilion and Village area, where you will enjoy shopping, restaurants and often live entertainment.
The first level features an open layout, is decorated with soothing pastel colors, updated tile flooring and furnished with all the essentials for a relaxing vacation. The dining room connects the common areas of the villa and seats six people comfortably. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and has access to the private deck, which overlooks the landscaped lagoon. Just off the kitchen, is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Take just a few steps up from the first floor and rest in the first bedroom which is furnished with two twin beds, a television, and features a large window which opens to 2nd balcony. This bedroom also connects to a full bathroom with a shower.
On the upper level you will find the private master suite, nicely appointed with a king size bed, flat screen television, DVD player, and high quality carpeting. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower / bathtub combination.
