Great for quiet family time yet close to the excitement of the popular beaches and the main street of Hyannis. The cathedral ceilinged great room is open to the galley kitchen and has windows on 3 sides. Two sliding glass doors lead to a small sitting deck and the rear yard. The great room also has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and an HD TV with DVD player.
The master bedroom is a few steps up from the main level and has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom featuring marble flooring and a two-person tub. There is a small bedroom next to the Master with a double bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have A/C.
There is also a small dining room and a small screen porch. The house has wireless, broadband access and a code-key front door entry to spare the hassle of rental keys.
The house, which shares the property with another separately rented cottage, has its own small fenced in side yard and garden patio area in the front yard.
Sorry - no pets or smoking allowed.

With our children grown and living on their own, we thought this would be a great spot to spend our vacation, all together under one roof. We weren't disappointed! Lovely home, large enough so we all had our own space and the grandchildren could go to bed undisturbed. Close enough to beaches, and with the fantastic weather, we were there daily. Patio, furniture, and grill for the nights we stayed home, and great restaurants nearby for the nights we didn't. Wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, all the amenities of home. Alan, the owner was very helpful throughout the whole process, we would definately recommend this to friends and definately stay there again. My only disappointment was that the tub in the master bedroom wasn't usable. A jacuzzi after a day at the beach would have been heaven!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
