Our home was designed by a gifted architect to respect nature and appreciate stunning beauty from every perspective. It was built in 2008 by our dear friend and excellent local builder.
One enters the property through the stone gate, passing a free-standing garage available for guests' use.
The Main House consists of fully equipped kitchen and pantry, with hardwood shutters and pass-through to the outdoor dining area and unobstructed views of the Caribbean; living room with French doors opening to balcony view of Guana island, and to outdoor porch. The living room is decorated with comfortable high end teak furniture and Indonesian accent pieces. Master suite has king bed, balcony with teak rockers, private garden with hammock, study area, laundry room and master bath with private, stone-enclosed outdoor shower.
The Main House is flanked by a lovely brick patio with barbeque grill at the rear entrance, and a wrap-around porch in the front. The porch is furnished with expandable teak dining table/chairs and comfortable teak LR furniture, so that best advantage can be taken of the Tortola climate.
Between the Main House and Guest House is the stone patio and pool, surrounded by flowers and looking out to North Coast and beaches below.
Up a few steps to the Guest House is a well-equipped kitchenette and two spacious bedrooms, each with full private bath, and a balcony running the full length of the Guest House. There are Adairondack chairs for all to relax and enjoy the Tortola sunsets.
Throughout our home is hardwood cabinetry handcrafted by a talented local artisan, beautiful stonework and imported Italian granite. There are air conditioners in each bedroom. A full water purification system has been installed, and there is ample private parking.
Our home is 5 minutes to the beach, just down the hill, and a 15 minute drive to numerous excellent restaurants and to Road Town, where boats go for daily sails and ferries go to islands of the the BVI and USVI. Come enjoy the quiet tranquility and the access to all the BVI has to offer!

About the owner: The property is owned by an American couple living in the greater New York area who enjoy travel, family and quality leisure time. Both have put great effort into the design and furnishing of their Tortola holiday home and hope to welcome you there soon!
Why the Owner Chose Little Bay:
Having been to Tortola for numerous vacations, the owners spent many trips looking for the perfect spot to call their own. The plot of land was sold the moment they viewed it, with its incredible views of both Guana Island and the beautiful northern beach coast. The house was designed by a local architect to meet the owners wishes and incorporate the local surroundings. A unique property and project.

We love coming here because it is beautiful, peaceful, relaxing. While we are in Tortola we sail, snorkel and dive among all of the BVI islands; drive about and see one breath-taking view after another; enjoy many different beach experiences--Smugglers Cove, Cane Garden Bay, Brewers Bay, Josiah's Bay, Little Bay, each one unique. Restaurants and evening music are everywhere; but we particularly enjoy having an evening drink on the balcony, watching the sun set over the island coast, and having a cozy dinner in our own private paradise.
