  We just spent the last week (May 2012) at this condo and I can tell you it was one of the very finest condo's we've ever stayed in on T&C. We've been coming to Grace Bay for many years and not only is Regent Grand our favorite location, Jan's condo was just excellent. She was very thoughtful and easy to deal with, her condo is fairly priced and Allied Management helps her with local on-site management. It is a really convenient combination. Regent Grand is the best place to stay on Provo, you have Grace Bay beach, one of the finest in the world, it is walking distance to a great selection of restraunts and shops, inlcuding a gormet IGA market. What else could you ask for. You can alos check out my review on Tripadvisors.com site I'm sure we'll be back again next year.

  We rented this condo in May of 2011 for 4 nights. The pictures of the condo and of Turks do not do it justice. It's absolutely amazing. Wonderful beach front view with excellent service and property. Jan is awesome and was very helpful when answering my millions of questions :). She had great recommendations and all of them were fun and cost effective. It's a MUST to do Provo Ponies. Gorgeous ride on the beach and they actually go out into the beautiful water. I can't say enough about Jan, the Regent Grand, Turks and all it's surroundings. I will definitely return again!!!!!

  We just returned from Turks and had an amazing time. The condo is beautiful. Perfect for 2 couples because it has 2 king beds where most others are a king and a queen. Plus both rooms had en suite bath rooms and third half bath. Property was great and convenient to lots of great restaurants. Jan the owner was wonderful and easy to deal with. Also Thank you to Nicola for taking care of all our needs while we were there. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home and for the wonderful fruit basket upon arrival.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  We stayed in this gorgeous 2bdrm condo for eight nights in May 2011. It is beachfront, providing spectacular views of the beach and the stunning turquoise waters. The condo is comfortable,well-furnished, spacious and kept clean with daily housekeeping service. A personal concierge is assigned to you to assist with reservations, answer questions which in our case Julie Ann helped us obtain a car rental. Jan the condo owner is wonderful, answering my numerous questions regarding the condo and the surrounding area. She was really a pleasure to work with. If we were to visit TCI again, I would absolutely consider renting this condo again. It felt like home to us, which was certainly nice after a long day in the sun.

  We stayed here recently and were very pleased with this property. It was perfectly located with a wonderful view of the beach and easy access to restaurants. The walks along the beach to restaurants nearby were wonderful and the sunsets were amazing. Jan, the owner, was a pleasure to work with, and we were very happy about the whole experience. The condo itself is lovely. It had everything we needed from laundry to spacious bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen. We highly recommend this property. The Regent Grand is a beautiful facility. It has everything -- pools, proximity to shopping village, bar, gym, spa. Everything was perfect.

  Thank you for sharing your absolutely gorgeous beachfront condo with us. It provided us with the perfect home away from home for our vacation. The resort is five star quality with attentive & friendly service, the best pool on the island (with a fully stocked bar) & private beachfront (with very few people). The infinity pool has a walk-in from both sides which is perfect for young children - no deep drop offs & very comfortable lounge chairs. There is also a fully equiped gym off the pool area. The condo is oceanfront and has stunning panoramic ocean views from the living area (kitchen/dining room & living room). It is very spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the master bedroom suite is large and the bed & pillows are very comfortable. The on site restaurant The Vix has good food and is great for breakfast, lunches & dinner. Many other restaurants and shopping (includine Graceway gourmet grocery store) all within walking distance. We have been to Providencials 10 times and stayed in many of the top resorts and hotels this condo & resort is by far the best place we have stayed. Convenient, comfortable, elegant and luxurious! What more could you ask for? Thanks again. We will be back as soon as we can!

  Just a quick note to let you know we had a wonderful time at your condo last week. It was far more beautiful than the photos depicted! This was the 2nd trip to the Regent Grand for our family. Like our first visit, everyone at the Regent Grand was always very polite, courteous and helpful. Your home is beautifully decorated with everything custom made and coordinated. The kitchen is spacious and well laid out. Plus, it's equipped with everything you might need to cook with while at the beach. We loved the way your condo is centrally located around great restaurants and stores. We walked everywhere. Other things enjoyed were the beautiful pool and beach, pool side bar, hot tubs, and the view of the beach and grounds. As if the view was not enough, we were very impressed by the generous fruit basket. What a treat after a long day of travel! We ate on it most of the week. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again for sharing your home

  Our family of four including two young children just spent a week at the Regent Grand. I can not say enough good things about this resort. We had such a nice time. The pool is perfect for kids since it is walk-in on two sides. The beach is just steps from the resort which is so convenient when you have little kids who are not content to stay in one place for very long. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of this resort is one the best features since we were able to walk to many great restaurants and to the grocery store. We took very few cabs which was good since they are quite expensive. The condo itself was very new, spacious, and had great views from the balcony. It was a pleasure to work with Jan to reserve her condo. She was always very responsive and gave me lots of helpful, thoughtful pieces of information. We look forward to going back and renting from her again!
