This 1450 square foot condo includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful gulf-view with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and access to the lanai. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and can be separated from the rest of the condo by its own private door enclosing the second bath. The fully-equipped kitchen has a lighted trayed ceiling and looks directly onto the dining area, family room, and lanai. The lanai looks directly onto San Carlos Bay and provides the perfect setting for viewing the spectacular Sanibel sunsets, dolphins in the bay, and the white sand beach.
This Marriott resort is a Four Star Resort located directly on San Carlos Bay. The resort has 5 pools, tennis courts, a fishing pier, boating trips, boat and kayak rentals, and a 40,000 square foot spa and health club. In addition, there are 3 restaurants, 2 pool bars, and a sports bar and restaurant. The resort offers a luxurious dinner cruise on the 100-foot luxury yacht, the Sanibel Harbour Princess.
The activities here are endless! Take strolls around the resort and beach. Play golf at one of the nearby courses. Go shelling on Sanibel. Lots of shopping nearby, including outlet mall and great boutiques. Visit the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach. Rent bikes or scooters nearby at Billy's Bike Rentals.

Very well appointed condo with goods views over the sea to Sanibel Island. Stunning sunsets. We were disappointed that, due to the orientation of the building, no sunshine reached the balcony until mid afternoon - it woud be earlier in mid summer. Very helpful to be able to use the Marriott hotel facilites but far enough away to be secluded. Mainly it was quiet and peaceful in the condo and on the balcony but got somewhat noisy at weekends.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

We just returned from a few nights in this unit. All we can say is it was more than we could have hoped for. The condo unit was clean, comfortable and had everything that a vacationer might need or want. The view was spectacular and we put both the pool and hot tub to good use. The area was quiet so in many ways it was like our own private pool area. We also used some of the amenities at the Marriott next door and loved how easily accessible it was. The screened in lanai was an added bonus and we enjoyed morning breakfast and evening cocktails out there the entire time. It is obvious that the owners really take pride in their unit. We would not hesitate to recommend this particular place to others and look very forward to returning ourselves!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was exactly like the pictures, well stocked and maintained beautifully. During the day we stayed at the farthest pool and enjoyed the service and the drinks from the cove. At night we sat on the balcony at Charley's Cabana Bar to experience the passing dolphins and gorgous sunset with an evening cocktail. The Tarpan Bay has the most wonderful breakfast buffet and it is well worth it. During our stay we had many delicious dinners. Namely The Lighthouse and The Roadhouse Cafe both in Ft. Myers. Then on Sanibel we ate at Timbers and The Sanibel Steakhouse. Please just don;t go to Ellington's.The food terrible and overpriced and music not worth your evening. I will recommend this condo to others and would like to plan my return visit asap. Thank you again for making our stay at Sanibel Harbour Resort a most comfortable and enjoyable one. About the owner: We purchased this lovely condo fifteen years ago and spend at least four weeks a year here. This condo is very enjoyable and has all the comforts of home. We've created wonderful family memories here and we hope to share them with our guests.
