Dave, I've been meaning to send you a message, but it has been crazy since getting back. Thank you so much for letting us use your condo. We had a great time and everything there was beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We will defintely make plans to stay there again!!!

We very much enjoyed staying at this condo. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and it's very spacious. We had more than enough room. The bathroom in the master bedroom is awesome, and we were happy with the size of the bedrooms, being that we had stayed at some other condos in Destin with very small second and third bedrooms. It was also very easy working with the owner to get the reservation and he provided all of the information we needed in terms of specifics about staying at the condo. I would recommend this property to friends. It was also so nice to find a nice condo where we could bring our dog!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

We had a wonderful time and were excited to have stayed in 311 again. We may travel to Hawaii next summer but I’m sure we will stay in 311 again in the future.

Horrible experience!!! When we arrived at the unit there was sand all over the floors, an old meatball sandwich in the microwave and the bottom screw on the handle to the sliding glass door was stripped and loose. We did not worry about complaining to the gentleman I rented the unit from because we were there to be on vacation. 4 days after departing the unit we got an email from a gentleman stating he was the owner and that he arrived at the unit shortly after we had departed. He stated that there the floors were filled with sand and mud, the sofa and chairs were filled with sand, the air conditioning was on 69 degrees, there was dog hair on the tv, the door handle on the sliding glass door was missing the top screw and that it was hanging by the bottom screw only, there were scratches all over the kitchen table from coke cans/beer bottles and that the cleaning lady stated she saw us "pile" into 4 vehicles. We went to the beach a handful of times and washed off at the outside shower everytime so I know for a fact there was no more sand than what was originally there. We would then shower immediately after entering the unit so there is no way there could be sand on the couches or chairs. There is absolutely no where to get mud on your shoes and so I know there was no mud in the unit. We only drank out of plastic water bottles the entire trip and so I know that none of the scratches from the table were ours, we don't even drink coke/beer as the owner accused. The condo was pet friendly and so we brought our dog which they said was fine but then got upset because they stated there was dog hair on the tv. I didn't look closely at the tv before leaving so I'm not sure if that was the case or not but don't allow pets in the unit if you don't want dog hair. I though that was covered in the cleaning costs. We kept the thermostat at 72 degrees even though the thermostat read that it was 76 in the unit the entire time. The door handle was loose from the bottom but owner said the bottom was tight and the top was missing the screw which was not true. There were 6 people that stayed in the unit and we had two SUV's that we took and so there were definitely not 4 cars. I called and spoke to the owner about his email and he continued to interrupt me and would not let me speak and kept calling me a liar. I do not appreciate being treated this way at all and I would not recommend renting this unit unless you want to be accused of things you did not do.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. The beach was perfect- we loved the umbrella and chairs. The pool was huge, the kids had a ball swimming. We felt right at home here and were sad to leave. Thanks for making our first visit so great!

We have come back to spend the week and celebrate our grandson second birthday plus the Fourth of July. The weather was awesome. We had a great time watching all the fireworks. What a treat not having to leave the balcony to see the fireworks .Everything was super. A fun filled week.

It has been a great week at the beach. Your gulf view condo was the best, even better then we expected. It was the perfect place for our group and 2 puppies. The puzzles were a great idea. We loved the crab Trap and Pompano Joe's. Just an all around great vacation. Thanks
