My mom, my husband and I stayed in this condo over Christmas and it was perfect for us. Felt like we were just at home! It was clean and quiet neighborhood. Our golden retriever came with us as well and enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We enjoyed it and definitely will recommend to others who may take the trip to St. Simons.

Beautifully remodeled! Excellent location! I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Sea Island!

Our stay was an enjoyable one. The property was as described, very clean and neat (and quiet). We were impressed with the amenities and overall appearance; a pleasant surprise to see how well it was furnished. The bedrooms were roomy; beds comfortable. It was nice to have use of washer/dryer following our beach trips. A special pleasure was the deck out back with the comfy patio furniture. Parking was as described, adequate for our needs. The location was good, with only a short drive to the beach. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wishing a restful beach experience.

Totally wonderful, everything was just as pictured and after a couple of hours seems like we were home. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, every kitchen gadget, even a Magic Bullet, so I didn't unpack my kitchen gadgets...lol. Enjoyed the deck in morning with quite and coffee. So convientent to shops and anything we thought we wanted. only thing missing, a mop or swiffer for spills on floor, but we had plenty paper towels.

The property was exactly as shown, perfect in every way. It was very clean and comfortable. My daughters and I loved sitting on the back deck eating breakfast and relaxing. The beach, pier, restaurants, and my favorite lighthouse were all very close. I will definitely go back!

My parents and I visited St. Simon's for the first time. Having this lovely place to call home for the week made the stay even better. The pictures of the place don't do it justice. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and the owners were easily contacted and quickly tried to make things right. The property is an easy drive to the beach and the pier. I would recommend this property.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay; it was like being home; We look forward to doing it again in the next few months; We will plan to stay here again.T he rental property at 204 Island Drive was just like it was posted, clean reasonable. Everything was within 5 minutes even the beach. The Owners were very heplful with directions etc. Thanks so much.

3 adults just returning from a weekend in this condo. We very much enjoyed everything about the condo. The furnishings and decorations are very nice. Location was great. about 5 min drive to the beach. close to restaurants. Pictures show everything as we found them. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard each evening and morning. Our dog also enjoyed having a fenced in area to play. Highly recommend.

I found this rental online and I was initially hesitant to book without first seeing it in person. However my reservations were unfounded. The townhouse is well decorated, cozy, and has everything needed for a weekend getaway. Although we had some difficulty with the cable, the owners were quick to fix the problem and very responsive. The grill is a bit outdated but the backyard is quaint and was perfect for our two small dogs. If you are looking to save some money by staying away from the beach, I absolutely recommend this property!

This 2 level townhome was very well appointed. It had everything you could want----good beds, very nicely furnished and VERY well equipped kitchen with everything you could need for preparing a meal. Loved the flooring--very nicely done (brick, tile & hardwood). Each bedroom had it's own TV . Definitely a nice place. Owners are very easy to work with.

I had SUCH a great weekend at St. Simons Island this past weekend. There were five of us, all in our 20s. Plenty of space for us, great kitchen set-up (and very well stocked with cooking utensils). Absolutely LOVED the back patio and seating area! Very clean upon arrival and obviously well-maintained. Communication with owner was quick and easy. My only complaint is that the twin beds in the upstairs bedroom were a bit hard for me, but I know lots of people that enjoy a hard bed, so that's just my personal opinion. Location was great--5 minute drive to the city center and the beach. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and will be booking this condo again next time I head to St. Simons! Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay for a weekend get-away!!

Don and I and our dog Gidget had a wonderful time at your condo. It was the perfect spot to get to everything. We rode our bikes to the beach, the village shops and all around the island. We would recommend this place to our friends and family and actually we can't wait to come back. The condo was so beautiful and comfy you will be hearing from us again, Thanks so much the Kittilson's

The condo was clean, well kept and in an optimal location. My dog I enjoyed the back yard and the short walk to the beach. The owners were easily accessible. Will definately rent this condo again.

My family and I have stayed at this property for the past week and love, love, love it. The property was accurately described in the ad and was actually even nicer than expected in person. The owners are very helpful and have responded promptly to all my questions prior to and during my stay. Not only would I recomment this property to other people, but I will likely return here myself. We are leaving to go home (to the hustle and bustle of Atlanta) tomorrow and I am not ready to leave.

This condo is lovely and comfortable, convenient to the beach and village. Very quiet area . It was wonderful to be able to bring our two small dogs with us this time. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this condo to all others!

It was very clean and we loved the renovations. The pictures are accurate but it looks much better in person. The owner always emailed me back quickly and was easy to contact if needed. We plan on visiting again soon.

I found the condo to be nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. It was a comfortable, accommodating space for the four of us humans and one dog who stayed there for four days. We found the condo to be close enough to the Village on St. Simon's and all that it has to offer. We also found the owner to be helpful in answering our questions prior to our visit. I would recommend this property to a relative or friend.

We recently stayed here and it was perfect. The inside has been completely re-done and it shows. It was exactly what we needed for our stay and our dog loved the back yard. Highly recommend for pet owners or people who need a place to stay in St. Simons. It was close to the middle of town, but far enough away to be away from it all. We will stay here again when we return
