This unit boasts spectacular ocean views from every room, the best of a condo and the best of a hotel right on the beach on the south end of Nuevo Mazatlan in the Marina area.
The unit is on the tenth floor of a full service hotel, so cook for yourself in the kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances or enjoy the in-hotel restaurant / room service or walk down the beach to some of Mazatlan's best restaurants.
The hotel has a spa, work out room, bar, restaurant, sushi bar, and infinity pool on the beach.
The location is fabulous for leisurely walks up and down the beach, swimming, boogie boarding, and my favorite reef fishing from the beach. It's one of the best vacations spots in Mazatlan with an easy 5 minute taxi ride to the golden zone (tourist area) for shopping, restaurants, and fun.

Spent a week here in April. What a fantastic place. The condo was great, spacious and well equipped. The view was unbelievable, we even saw whales out front what a great week. Staff was great, room service was excellent. We'll definitely be back next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Flawless check in. Staff very friendly and helpfull. The condo is excellent, well furnished and what a great view. We even observed a whale from the balcony for 2 hours. Very quite and heard no noise from any of the other condo's. A perfect getaway. Will definately stay again. Thanks Craig! The five of us LOVED every single moment. Beautiful condo - best view, best beach - doesn't get any better. Our three 20 year old kids had a great time also - enjoying the Golden Zone night clubs! It was our first trip to Mazatlan (and Mexico for 4 of us) but it won't be the last! If/WHEN we go to Mazatlan again - we'll definitely book this condo! My wife, kids and I had a great time. Place. What a great place, beach, and view. The staff was excellent and the condo is nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend as its a good value. About the owner: We live in Seattle and fell in love with Mazatlan when we first went there 16 years ago. Now we own a piece of heaven on the beach in our favorite Mexican getaway.

Room service. Can't beat it. There really isn't anything better than having chips and salsa and plus your favorite beverage delivered to your condo while sitting on the lanai over looking the Pacific ocean at sunset.
