  Jane, I can't thank you enough for the fabulous experience we had at Rest Ashore!! By far it was our favorite home that we have rented in our five years of going to Rosemary. The house more than exceeded our expectations. Not only was it clean, well equipped, comfortable, and "renter friendly", but you were so attentive and responsive to our questions and concerns. You all didn't spare any detail, from the abundance of hooks in all the rooms (so important when traveling with lots of kids in a season when layers are a must!!) to the Le Crueset pots (much appreciated by me who loves to cook). The five children adored having the heated pool, spending no less than two hours in it each day. It was also wonderful to have some many different living spaces for kids and grown-ups alike. For the first time in a long time I actually felt like I was taking a "vacation" with my family rather than a "trip". I have no doubt that your home and hospitality had a lot to do with that. We look forward to renting Rest Ashore again next winter break. We'll be booking as soon as Atlanta Public Schools puts out their 2013-2014 academic calendar!

  Location, location, location. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach and steps to get to the beach. The private pool is a good size for the kids to swim and play without battling the crowds at the community pools other rental properties offer. The owners are excellent to work with and very responsive to any needs or questions. We stayed June of 2012 which was our third trip to Rosemary Beach and our first time staying in Water's Edge and at this property. My only complaint is I may have not booked my 2013 vacation early enough. It is Nov. and the summer is almost booked for 2013. I guess I am not the only one that loves this property and the value it offers. Wait - scratch that. Maybe I need to write something negative so this property will not be sold out. Seriously though, everything about this house is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing - its paradise. Your family of all ages wil love it and will be eager to return.

  We had our annual China adoption reunion with 3 other families at Rest Ashore and had a wonderful time! This house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly appointed in every way. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook with, each bedroom felt like a "master" and all had full baths, including the awesome kids room. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 9 kids (2 kids slept on a blow up mattress in master bedroom office and one with parents in downstairs bedroom) and no one ever felt "on top" of each other. The kids loved the Wii games during down time from the beach and at night. The parents loved the indoor/outdoor stereo speakers that we could plug our iPods into and enjoy. The owners, Jane & Tim, were wonderful to work with during the booking process and as well when we had some questions while on vacation! We would definitely stay there again in the future! We love the area too as you can walk everywhere - Rosemary Beach, nearby restaurants and shops, and of course, our group's favorite place to go, after a day at the beach, the Sugar Shak!! Thanks for an excellent vacation home to enjoy!

  Lovely home. Lots of room for children and grandchildren to have space to spread out. Pool is great as well as back porch. So nice that the pool is shaded in the early morning and the afternoon. Love it and plan to return next year for our annual family beach vacation

  Our stay during Spring Break was absolutely amazing. We had 7 adults and 4 children and this house was the perfect size. The house is very nicely decorated and modern. The children loved swiming in the pool in the mornings and afternoons. And when they say this is the largest pool in the complex they aren't kidding. All the other houses had very small pools compared to ours. The beach is literally steps away down a cute little palm-lined path. We loved the open floor plan of the "gathering" area that includes the kitchen, living room and dining room. Being a caterer, I fully enjoyed the kitchen stocked with every gadget a cook could ask for. The house itself sits in a small gated community within Rosemary Beach. All the shops and restaurants in Rosemary are within a very short walk from the community. There is a new restaurant across the street called Bentley's that has amazing seafood and a very extensive menu and wine selection. Thank you Tim and Jane for sharing your wonderful getaway with us!!! Our family is looking forward to spending Spring Break in your house again next year. We can't wait!!!

  Our stay Rest Ashore was awesome! The quaint neighborhood is gorgeous. This place is a dream home! Very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a large group of 13, three families plus Grandma. Everyone had plenty of room in this spacious, beautifully decorated home. With our ages ranging from 3 to 70 years old, we constantly had people moving in every direction. Never did we feel crowded or on top of each other. The kitchen is world class, everything you will ever need is there. The double refrigerator was a lifesaver for a group of our size. We had fun playing games at the big dinning table while watching a ball game on the large flat screen tv or listening to Pandora radio. Each bedroom has a great tv and everyone raved how comfortable the beds were. We really enjoyed the table and chairs on the covered patio overlooking the large pool out back. The 30 second stroll down the palm tree lined private path to the beautiful beach was delightful! The umbrella and chairs were waiting for us each day at the beach! Daily we would take the short walk to the shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach, the kids loved the candy and ice cream at the Sugar Shack! We also had a blast riding the expansive trails on bikes we rented for the week at the shops across the street from the neighborhood. The house and pool are fantastic, the location is perfect and Jane and Tim were great to work with! We can't wait to come back!

  This is the second time my family and friends have stayed at Rest Ashore. Believe me when I say-stop looking-this house will not disappoint you!! I have stayed in this area for years and this house and location by far exceeds all others. The house is large enough for several people but also offers privacy when needed. The home is beautifully decorated and supplied with all the necessities of home. The gated community offers privacy,safety, and is surrounded by bike paths, coffee shops and cafes'. The private, heated pool is a must and the walk to the beach is just a few short steps. The owner's are so friendly to work with. This upscale and charming house will quickly become your "home away from home"!,

  This house was perfect for our family and friends. We had several kids and adults sharing space and it was more than enough space for us all. The entire house was beautiful and stocked with anything we needed-towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen gadgets, etc. We had a great time here and will plan a return visit! Couldn't have asked for a nicer place. The path to the beach was right out the back gate and safe for the kids to travel up and down alone. We enjoyed the area on bikes and on foot. Great area with lots of neat shops--our kids especially loved the sugar shack across the street. Thanks so much for the great accomadations!

  We stayed here the last two spring breaks. It is everything you could want in a vacation home. The kitchen is furnished with everything imaginable and outside there is a nice gas grill. Rest Ashore easily accommodates large groups. The furnishings are very nice yet family friendly. The path to the beach is pretty and the heated pool is wonderful. The description cannot capture how homey and comfortable this house is. Neat shops near by and a great area for riding bikes too. Hope to be back next year!

  This house spoiled us for all other houses. Since we vacation w/ young kids (3 under age of 5) we spend a lot of time at the house and beach. The house had everything we needed. It had more kitchen utensils/ gadgets than my own house. The decorations were so beautiful. I always bring my own bedding when I stay in rentals and w/ this house I never put my bedding on b/c I loved the bedding and towels. The pool and outside table were great. The access to the beach was great. Very easy w/ little ones. Tim and Jane were great to work with. They send so much info on the area to help you better enjoy the vacation and even took calls from us w/ questions while we were on vacation.

  My family and I had the chance to stay at Rest Ashore and had an amazing time. The house is brand new and in great condition. It is located about 100 steps to the beach on a Palm lined walk through the center of the development. The house is fully loaded with all the latest technology and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The "Water's Edge" development is located in Seacrest beach, almost equally between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It is literally a two minute, shaded walk to the town of Rosemary. The owners were very accomodating and communicated everything we needed to know about the house and the area---they definitely went above and beyond for us and we felt extremely welcome. We loved Rest Ashore and hope that we can stay there again soon!
