This unique beach cottage is located at 2128 Bruce Drive in the desirable East Beach Community and is only 3 houses from the ocean! This cottage offers an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings in the living room and gathering room / dining area and kitchen. This house is perfect for large gatherings / family dinners. The great room provides a comfortable setting with sliding glass doors leading onto the landscaped patio and private yard shaded by a stately oak tree. This cottage offers three bedrooms each with its own bath and the ability to sleep 3 more with the pull out sofa and trundle bed! 2128 Bruce Drive is an original East Beach cottage with the convenience of everything on one floor and an eclectic beachy decor! Truly a fun house for a family beach vacation!
Please note: Pets are accepted with owner approval and an additional non-refundable fee of $150.00. Should you bring your pet you are responsible for everything they may leave in the yard or on the beach with the exception of paw prints.
This homeowner is a member of the Sea Island Club and extends to his renters, as his guests, the option to purchase a temporary membership. This entitles the house guests to play golf (Seaside & Plantation courses), tennis and usage of the Beach Club facilities including the spa and fitness center! Enjoy meals in any of the Cloister's dining venues as well as the Mobil 5-star Lodge! Additional fees for golf, tennis, the spa and fitness center are required. Usage of the Beach Club and its 3 pools are included with the base membership fee . All details will be coordinated directly with the property owner. During the peak seasons this property is available for weekly rental with Saturday arrivals only.( Bedding includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 1 trundle, 1 sleeper sofa.

We stayed over New Years 2013 week. It is a great place for teenagers being that you are within walking distance to the beach. There were 7 of us in all and the facility was more than adequate for all of us. The owners were vacation in the area during the same time and you couldn't ask for nicer people. We enjoyed meeting and talking with them. We look forward to returning again this year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
