The house has all the charm of a Swiss Alps chalet and was constructed by the original owner and his sons who were all carpenters by trade. The open beam structure is everywhere to be seen. Three bedrooms upstairs has sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. The downstairs features a large room with a full bathroom and separate entrance way; which has bedding for another 5 people or be used as a recreation room. A stroll down the street will lead you to Whitefish Bay State Park, while the other way is Bark and Glidden Roads – home to the Glidden Lodge, Donny’s Restaurant and beautiful beach homes.
It’s the perfect place to to escape from it all — ride your bike in peace, take in the scenery of the country, or stare at the stars at night on the large outside porch. You’ll sleep great listening to the waves crashing on the beach, the wind rushing through the trees, and the deer crackling through the brush.
