I stayed in this apartment last january for 2 weeks and it was beautiful! the owners were a pleasure to rent from and Juan who is the agent is great as well and will help with anything you need. The amenities of the flamingo is great.. there are 2 pools and hot tubs as well as an amazing gym overlooking the ocean and an amazing cafe! The view of the apartment is indescribable and has a comfortable balcony to relax on. The apartment has all upscale appliances, the bed and couch is very comfortable. It was very spotless and clean when I got there. The layout is great with a lot of space, the location is right around the corner from lincoln road as well as many other stores, restaurants, blockbuster, you name it and it's close by.. even the supermarkets are walking distance! The complex is very safe with 24/7 security with taxi's on call as you walk out at any time of the day. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone and would consider going again!! I did not have to go out and pick up anything because it was all there for me when I came. You can't go wrong with this apartment! I hope to go again this year and stay in the same one! I had the greatest experience!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We (two 29-year-old women) stayed at the Flamingo South Beach for ten days, in July. The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable, just as described! Plus, everything was brand new. Juan, the agent, will give you tips. The resort amenities and services are great: the south pool with wonderful bay view, spa, gym, the concierge (you can ask her absolutely anything!), valets… We found anything such as convenience / organic stores, shops, restaurants, Lincoln Road mall within walking distance. There will be a taxi waiting for you at any time just in front of the property (the fares are more than affordable, for instance $10-$15 to get downtown Miami) or bus stations two blocks down; the condo is minutes away from museums, nightlife… We had a wonderful time without having to stress about anything. Location, location!! Walking distance to all services, restaurants, beach etc, It's a big complex... really well kept. We enjoyed the two pools and their surrounding. The condo was properly equiped. We enjoyed using the BBQ on the balcony. We were there more than 3 weeks, so we used all appliances and made it home. One little comment that would make it even more comfortable would be to add 2 patio chairs on the balcony. Over all, it was very enjeoyable, and we recommand it for a short or a long stay!
