  This is an excellent condo right on the beach. It isn't big or fancy but quite satisfactory. It reminded us of a cruise we took on the Queen Mary where we had a balcony stateroom. This condo is like that. You are right on the ocean, almost overhanging the water. You see and hear the water all the time. Corcega Beach is wonderful and good for walking & swimming. There is some surge on this beach so at times little kids or poor swimmers would need to be careful. We have never been to Puerto Rico before and Edgar was very helpful talking us in to the condo location. And his son waited until we finally arrived. This was due to unbelievable delays getting our car from Budget at SJU, making us almost 2 hours late getting to Rincon well after dark. The condo is clean and has everything you need for cooking if you decide to eat in for some of your stay. There are good restaurants close by. Don't shy away from some of the roadside food places around Rincon and further North. Some look like shacks or are in old trucks. They might not look so great on the outside but the people and food were some of the best that we had. We found that Edwards Food Market and Econo close to the condo were good places to get groceries and reasonably priced. The condo is very close to the Rincon surfing locations and I was able to safely store an expensive longboard I borrowed from a surfing friend in a locked outer balcony that is part of this condo. While I did not experience really great waves during our stay there was workable surf every day. We mostly surfed Marias and Domes. (there is no surf on the beach at this condo) The north coast spots, such as Jobos, had bigger waves when we were there but we found it a driving hassle getting there. If there are non-surfers in your group, keep in mind that the Rincon surfing locations are mostly coral bottom so they are really not good for swimming only.There is much traffic in this part of PR. You need to figure out how to get place to place using the main roads otherwise it takes forever using the smaller roads thru towns. We were just getting the hang of this after a week. I have IPhone with Verizon. I simply could not get data to work at this condo. There is no WiFi. Many restaurants have WiFi so that is what we did to check email. You need/want a car in this part of PR. The condo has a nice gated parking area. The condo and surrounding area were extremely quiet. All you hear is waves and roosters in the morning

  Our first time to the Rincon! We would come here, to this Condo, again. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Edgar, the owner, was gracious and attentive to our TV concerns and even bought and delivered a brand new beach umbrella. Thoose were our only concerns! There were beach chairs, beach towels (really nice not to have to pack bulky beach towels) pool noodles. The kitchen was well equiped. Even a bidet! We spent most of our awake time on the balcony watcing the surf and beach and water activities or on the beach swimming and relaxing. The sunsets were spectaclular! If you have never been here before try to print out a map of the area. You can buy a map at the Confresi Hotel for two dollars that details the highlights of the area. LOTS of seaglass on the beaches.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this condo in beautiful Rincon.The property was clean and well maintained. It was close enough to town to get groceries and shop, while being far enough from the loud crowds. The only draw back was that our time there went by too quickly.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  This was better than any pictures condo was very clean and maintained everything you need and more was there beach is the best Puerto Rico has to offer we will be back as many times in future as we can Edgar was the best guy you would like to meet took care of everything before, during,and even after while we were there neighbors were great as well even they invited us back thanks for the best vacation we had a blast
