Located just outside Coffee Creek, on the Trinity River, in the heart of the Trinity Alps of Northern California, Eagle Creek Ranch is an idyllic getaway to one of Northern California's last undiscovered regions. Our two vacation rentals are ideal for families and small groups looking to enjoy comfort and self-sufficiency in this remote paradise.
Spanning more than 120 acres, the ranch is located right on the banks of the Trinity River, as it flows through the valley between Billy's Peak and Sawtooth Ridge on one side, and the Ram's orn on the other.
Lester's Retreat is a comfortable manufactured home, tucked in amongst the trees adjacent to the "Big Pasture" and a short walk from Ripple Creek and the Trinity River.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week hiking the Trinity Alps with our base at Lester's Retreat. What a great location! We covered a lot of ground, but we still have much left to see. Linda and Robert were terrific and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay both memorable and enjoyable. Accommodations were excellent and we will return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Much appreciated, Chris. Best, Linda

Linda & Bob--Thank you for sharing your paradise with us. It is truly spectacular. we're torn between telling everyone we know about the jewel we found, and not telling a soul so we can keep it to ourselves! Your hospitality was so wonderful. We will definitely be back! Thanks!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

So many things to remember about our stay-Unexpected heatwave with temps up to 109! My brother's spectacular wedding at Alpen Cellers!, Swimming and tubing under the bridge!, Going over to Gussie's in our PJ's for breakfast with grandma and grandpa (what a perfect memory for our kids)! Watching the kids play in the river. Burgers and vanilla dipped cones at the Mini-Kat while the kids played at the play area. An awesome night of thunderstorms that chased away the heat. Waking up to the sound of horses waiting for their breakfast. The remarkable kindness of our hosts, Bob and Linda. Look for us again-we'll be back.Did you find this review helpful? Definitely a gorgeous place to spend my 50th birthday! Sitting by the river enjoying a good bottle of wine and cheese and watch the fish swim was great. We need more time here. Next time for sure! And soon! It is so beautiful here! Thank you, Liz and SteveDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

"The most consistently endearing trait is warmth."-Barbara Walters. I read this and thought of the friendliness and "warmth" of the caretaker of this lovely cabin, Linda. This makes our second visit to Eagle Creek Ranch. The warmth, love and peace that radiates from this peaceful little cabin is not just created by the views but by its owners as well. We hope the future allows us another visit to fish and relax. I'm sure my husband would like to mention his fifty four fish we caught. Give "Walter" (squirrel) an extra peanut for us.
