Escape the cold weather back home and enjoy the season at our Crystal Bay condo in Lake Suzy. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath fully furnished, tastefully decorated unit. It is on the first floor with parking right outside the door.
Out the back door is the lake where you can fish for the big one. You can also enjoy nightly sunsets over the lake on the lanai. Enjoy long walks on the paved walking path or a nice swim in the heated pool. Clubhouse has many activities including game nights and Bingo.
Close to shopping, golf, and restaurants in the Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda areas. Close to I-75 which makes travel a breeze up and down the west coast of Florida.

We loved our stay here! It was very neat and clean.Has a heated pool & clubhouse. It is very close to all the sites, such as beaches, restaurants, pier fishing, deep sea fishing, or just boating in general. Fresh water lake is about 35 feet from the lanai!! Very quiet, day & night! The owners are very nice and accommodating. Everyone in this community is very nice & friendly. Last but not least for sure is the fantastic sunsets!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: Brenda and her husband, Dave, began visiting central Florida several years ago to visit Dave's parents who winter there. They are Wisconsin natives and try to get to Florida 4-6 times each winter to escape Wisconsin's winter weather. They bought this condo in Florida a few years ago which Dave's parents stayed in for the winter months. In 2009, they decided to buy a house in nearby Deep Creek and rent out this property.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Suzy:
My in-laws had a place in Arcadia but wanted to be closer to Port Charlotte and the Cultural Center. We loved the location of Crystal Bay because it was near restaurants, golf and shopping. It is also close enough for day trips to the beach with the kids without having to deal with the traffic and congestion near the coast.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the opportunity to get out and exercise in the winter when we are in Florida. We walk and bike on the paved walking path where many locals can be seen religiously every morning. We also loved the heated pool and spent many hours there visiting with neighbors and watching the kids swim.
